OPTIMISTS HAS A LONGER LIFE EXPECTANCY THAN THE PESSIMISTS

A study claims that optimists tend to live longer than pessimists. This is according to research on the thinking & paradigm of optimists people compared to pessimists' people. Amazingly, the power of optimism or positive thinking directly relates to an increase in the life expectancy ratio, which can increase to surprisingly higher levels.

It's the benefits of positive thinking that people enjoy in the form of a happily lived long life. It has a lot to do with fitness, health & well-being. However, apart from the vital factor of well-being. Positive thinking is something that is alone a huge factor that helps people to live more. It's not necessarily that they are amazingly placed concerning the well-being factor. However, still, their thinking is enough to help them live a life longer than the average life expectancy.

A new study adds to a body of research linking optimism with better health outcomes. A pessimist approach & thinking also is not suitable for fighting a disease or a life-taking health problem. This is according to a 2019 study that readily & most convincingly claims that the most optimistic men & women lived 12 % to 16% compared to the least optimistic people. This is even after controlling for confounding factors such as chronic disease, educational attainment, and health behaviors like exercise, diet & a very high usage of alcohol.

The Negative Impacts of Pessimist Thinking:

The negative impacts that are associated with pessimism or pessimist thinking involve taking too much stress and negative states of mind. These mental states weaken the neuroendocrine and immune responses of the body. This adds to causing vulnerability to disease or weaker recovery from diseases as the body cannot mount a strong response to stress & disease. As age grows, the person must think optimistically to fight the diseases & to be more vulnerable to fight diseases mentally. Something that relates to neural science is known as neurology.

Longevity is a complex & complicated field of study & it has a lot to do with people's thinking. That is, how they think, & regard their approach, i.e. positive or negative thinking. Life expectancy is a calculation that varies from one place to another and from one continent to another continent. Life expectancy in the UK for the male gender is found on the higher side, compared to male life expectancy in the Sub-continent (Asia). Longevity can increase according to the level of thinking but also depends on the country. In a country where L/E is low, thus, even positive thinking & optimistic approach toward life can increase L/E levels to certain limitations. It can't increase the Life Expectancy to that of the male gender in the United Kingdom.

According to various studies on the relationship of positive thinking with life expectancy & longevity. What's true is that according to the experts, pessimism can weaken the immune system & diminish the overall strength of the body.

Optimistic Thinking Secures You More Mentally:

Optimistic thinking is a far more approved mental security than negative thinking & pessimism. It's the famous Chinese proverb of a glass half-filled & half empty. You are fighting the challenges of life like a tiger & on top of that, staying positive always. It generates positive mental vibes and helps you live a better life, far better than your more pessimistic counterparts. From the point-of-view of health, it's a whole way of living life entirely as it's the only way of thinking that helps fight diseases & illnesses. This is in addition to the mental illnesses that only a positive thinking approach can resolve as part of a vital mental issue.

According to a different study conducted on a sample of over 235 men over the age of 22 years. That is from young age towards middle-aged. It reported that the study participants who had a far more optimistic attitude had much higher levels of emotional well-being. Also, their ability to stress handling is more composed, and they experience stress very differently than those who are more pessimistic.

Optimists Are More Into Fitness For Well-Being Than Pessimists:

It's the positive approach of the positive thinking people, i.e. optimists who are more into fitness for healthy life & well-being as compared to the pessimistic. They are the ones who know well how to make good use of their age & good health & cash the most for handling a struggling age, i.e. old age. Obviously, their levels of motivation come from thinking positively about life in order to fight their diseases, their health issues & obesity levels if they have weight issues.

Optimism or being optimistic in goals is not only necessary for longevity or having a long & prosperous life. It is something that improves the paradigm which needs to be more positive. It makes people think in different dimensions to achieve success as optimism is a critical aspect in career development when you are really down & out. It helps you revise your plans for better options & goals.
