Context

Our team is the most important asset and essential to the success of our company. Our goal is to maintain a working environment where the prevailing values are trust, comradeship, teamwork, and respect for individual dignity.

2021 saw us grow to over 300 full time staff, an increase of around 28.5% on the previous year.

We continued under the shadow of the COVID-19 pandemic with all our team either directly or indirectly affected. It remained important to ensure that the workplace was a safe environment, allowing confidence to carry out work. An on-site medical centre was introduced in 2020 as well as a strict set of safety measures which remained in force throughout the year, minimising the possibility of an outbreak inside our facilities. Furthermore, we offered means of support to those in our team who needed it. From flexible working options to a wellbeing program encouraging sharing of experiences as well as activities designed as an outlet channel.

Respect for Human Rights

We maintain corporate behaviour in accordance with the human and employment rights through the application of regulations and good practices to the employment, equal opportunity, and health and safety conditions. The same level of commitment is required from our suppliers.

All our team adhere to our Code of Ethics which sets out the values and principles that guide our actions as well as those of our suppliers, and associates, as follows:

Quality

All our team and related entities bound by the Code will strive to attain and improve the internal and external standards of the enterprise as a whole.

All our team and related entities bound by the Code will build longterm relationships with clients and associates to ensure the provision of the best service.

Compliance with the law

All our activity is undertaken in accordance with all applicable legislation.

Responsible actions

All our team and related entities bound by the Code will uphold and promote it to others, with any infringement duly reported via the appropriate channels.

We are committed to a policy of best practice and continual improvement.
