rehearsals and consistently demonstrated excellence during many professional performances. Morgan has demonstrated leadership abilities time and time again being the Principal Cellist of Sinfonia Orchestra and taking on extra responsibilities in order to help the ensemble and program thrive. My assessment of Morgan is extremely positive. Morgan has been a constant positive force of energy motivating her peers to excellence. Always interested in the concerns of others, she was available to help students requesting assistance. Morgan is a team player and understands the process of moving from the model of good to great. Morgan is driven by a personal desire to improve her life so she can enrich the lives of others, shown in her leadership of the cello section and lessons she gives to younger students.
