A WELCOME FROM OUR PRESIDENT Welcome back to MPAC! We are so happy to see you here again. I hope that you and your family are well and healthy.

What makes our performing arts center so special is that it brings us together as a community to share the collective excitement of live theatre. We are thrilled to be able to be that community gathering place again.

The COVID pandemic has truly tested the resolve of our theatre. Despite countless obstacles, we forged ahead and developed new and creative ways to serve our audiences, from drive-in concerts to virtual programming to online Performing Arts School classes to limited-capacity shows, and now, the return of full capacity events.

MPAC has practiced stringent health guidelines since first reopening in October 2020 and we will continue to do everything within our ability to make our venue safe for our patrons, performers, volunteers and staff.

We appreciate your cooperation and understanding in following these guidelines as we reopen safely.

Since 1937 this extraordinary theatre has celebrated good times and risen above dark periods, but only with the help of an incredible community. As a nonprofit theatre, we are profoundly grateful for the generosity of our patrons and supporters. Your contributions have been vital to our survival.

I am confident that the brighter days are returning, and great new memories will be made in the upcoming season.

A WELCOME FROM OUR BOARD CHAIRMAN Thank you for returning to MPAC. We know for many of you it’s been a while, and we’ve missed you.

I’ve been pleased and impressed by how much MPAC has been able to deliver through the course of the pandemic, keeping the arts alive and engaging our patrons when their spirits have needed uplifting the most. I’m grateful to our dedicated members who have stood with us, giving because they believe our mission is more vital than ever.

MPAC is thankful for the support of all of the individuals, foundations, corporations, and government agencies that have helped to sustain us through the pandemic.

Whether it was a large gift or a few dollars added to a ticket purchase, every contributed dollar is appreciated. It means so much to us to know how much you value MPAC. While our situation has certainly improved since the onset of the pandemic in early 2020, COVID remains unpredictable and we continue to face an uncertain future. It will take two to three years for MPAC to fully recover from the pandemic, and that’s provided there are no more downturns. We hope that you will support MPAC as we move ahead with our programs, bring in star-studded concerts, expand our educational offerings and develop diverse community-based arts programs. Pandemic or not, MPAC will be the leader in our arts community now and into the future.

No doubt, this has been a very tough period in our history. We see the light at the end of the tunnel, and your support will help to make that light shine brighter. Please give from your heart, we need your support more than ever.

MPAC’S MISSION Mayo Performing Arts Center, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, presents a wide range of programs that entertain, enrich, and educate the diverse population of the region and enhance the economic vitality of Northern New Jersey.

Our Performing Arts School (PAS), founded in 2006, is a performancebased theatrical training program which serves approximately 700 students per year with over 20 classes a week within a supportive and creative atmosphere.

Thirty-six students from throughout Morris County participated in this yearʼs contest.

The winner and runner-up received 24x36 poster-sized prints of their work, as well as gift cards to Michaels.

All of the student works were exhibited in the Art Upstairs Gallery over a two-week period in March, and can now be viewed at mayoarts.org.

The Bachelor Live On Stage The Bachelor Live On Stage Official Tour is the ultimate Bachelor Nation fan party in the form of a wildly flirtatious and interactive evening hosted by Becca Kufrin – live on your hometown stage.

Featuring Rodney Mathews from Season 18 of The Bachelorette as your onstage Bachelor, the audience and onstage participants will leave the theater feeling like they just spent an evening at the mansion. It’s a thrilling night of laughter, lively games and lighthearted connections with a handful of ladies, hand-picked from the audience to experience first-hand what life at the mansion is really like.

BECCA KUFRIN Born and raised in Minnesota, Rebecca (Becca) Kufrin is an American publicist and television personality with a smalltown vibe. She is best known for her role as the winner of the 22nd season of ABC’s The Bachelor, the lead on season 14 of The Bachelorette, and contestant on Season 7 of Bachelor in Paradise.

Along with making a few cameos and falling in love on national TV, Becca also has a deep passion for writing, corgis, a good book, wood-burning fireplaces, dance and yoga, robes with warm slippers, glasses of vino, and creating new recipes in the kitchen. When she’s not traveling for business, she tries to travel for pleasure and spread her feet over as many states and counties as possible. She can also be found most evenings cuddled up with her furbaby,

Minno, who is arguably the world’s most spoiled pup (but in a cute way).

Since her time away from reality t.v., Becca has launched her own sparkling wine label called Bourdon, and has been enjoying sharing her bubbly with others (because every moment should be celebrated & savored). She also has a deep passion for women’s empowerment and equality, and has partnered with WomenOne, a non-profit devoted to creating positive change in the lives of women and girls globally through access to quality education.

She will again be taking on the role as host for both Bachelor Live on Stage and Warner’s official Bachelor podcast, Bachelor Happy Hour. It’s safe to say she is a lifelong alumni to the Bachelor world and isn’t going away anytime soon.

RODNEY MATHEWS Rodney is a glass-half-full kind of guy.

After his dreams of playing in the NFL were shattered by a career-ending injury, Rodney picked himself up and redirected his ambition. He has a great job he enjoys, but he says life would be better if there was someone he loved waiting for him at home every night. Rodney is looking for someone who is honest, active and ideally a former student athlete like himself. He wants to find a deep mental connection with someone but also wants a woman who he can laugh with every day. Rodney knows exactly what he wants and he is looking for someone who has that clear vision too – he’s done wasting time and is ready to be wifed-up!
