DAY 1 Fly to California: Arrive in San Francisco and transfer to your hotel. Meet your Tour Manager at 6:00 p.m. for a welcome dinner at Fisherman’s Wharf. Meal: D

DAY 2 San Francisco Touring: Embark on a guided tour of San Francisco to see Union Square, Twin Peaks, Golden Gate Park, Fisherman’s Wharf, Chinatown and the world’s most crooked street. Then, take a cruise on the bay with incredible views of the skyline, the Presidio and Alcatraz. You will have a great photo opportunity when sailing under the Golden Gate Bridge. Meal: B

DAY 3 Yosemite National Park: Travel to Yosemite National Park and take a narrated tram tour of this natural treasure. See Yosemite Falls and the one-milethick granite mountain El Capitan, a favorite backdrop for photographer Ansel Adams. Meals: B, D

DAY 4 Monterey and Scenic 17-Mile Drive: Return to the coast for a ride along famed 17-Mile Drive. See the Pacific shore, Seal Rock, Cypress Point and the Pebble Beach Golf Course. Then enjoy free time in Monterey and dinner at the popular Bubba Gump Shrimp Company on Monterey’s Cannery Row. Meals: B, D

DAY 5 Visit Hearst Castle: Visit world-renowned Hearst Castle, built by newspaper magnate, William Randolph Hearst. The main house, or Casa Grande, features five floors of magnificent rooms rich in Spanish antiques and Flemish tapestries. Also see the castle’s two spectacular swimming pools. Then, continue to Santa Barbara. Meals: B, D

DAY 6 Solvang and Santa Barbara: Today’s first stop is the charming Danish community of Solvang, noted for its handicraft shops, bakeries, windmills, and “gingerbread” architecture. Then visit the Old Mission Santa Barbara which was completed in 1820. In Santa Barbara your tour features the County Courthouse and Stearns Wharf. You can also enjoy free time to shop along State Street.

DAY 7 Hollywood and Los Angeles Touring: Today see the Our Lady of the Angels Cathedral, Grauman’s Chinese Theater, the Hollywood Walk of Fame and the Hollywood Highlands Complex. Travel down Sunset Strip on the way to the historic Farmer’s Market where you can enjoy lunch on your own. Also stop at Mission San Juan Capistrano, a historically significant site that brought together European and Indian cultures and best known for the swallows that have been migrating to the church for centuries every spring. Meal: B

DAY 8 San Diego Zoo and Seaport Village: Your guided city tour this morning includes the downtown sights, Gaslamp Quarter and harborfront, Balboa Park and Mission Bay, plus picturesque La Jolla and Cabrillo National Monument at Point Loma. Next, head for the world-renowned San Diego Zoo, where you’ll explore the home of more than 4,000 animals presented in natural environments, as you travel by open air sightseeing coach, moving sidewalk and aerial tramway. Tonight’s farewell dinner is at the fabulous Hotel Del Coronado, a National Historic Landmark, with more than 115 years of fascinating stories to tell. Meals: B, D

DAY 9 Return Home: Your California adventure winds to a close, with a group transfer to the San Diego International Airport for flights home departing after 12:00 p.m. Meal: B
