MAYFEST 2026
Mayfair’s 3rd Annual Mayfest is Saturday, May 9, from 11 AM–3 PM. Bring your friends and family for live music, great food, a bier and wein garden, and tons of familyfriendly activities!
WHERE TO START
Start your day at the Welcome Tent at the event entrance off Guthrie. Grab swag while it lasts, check out the festival map, snap a photo, and get a first look at the new trails and parks coming to Mayfair.
EVENT ACCESS
The festival will take place in Midtown Mayfair at the corner of Guthrie and Garland, with pedestrian entry along Guthrie only. Garland will be closed to all traffic.
Garland Road, Cleveland Way, and part of Concord will be closed from 6 AM to 5 PM for vendor load-in and pedestrian safety.
PARKING & TROLLEY
Parking will be available at Mayfair Elementary and in the field at the corner of Guthrie and Ford Trail. We highly encourage residents to walk or take the trolley. You also may park golf carts along Garland east of Concord.
Trolley stops will be located across from Mayfair Elementary, Model Row (Cleveland & Concord), Ridgeway Model Row on Grebe, Village at Mayfair, and the event entrance on Guthrie.
NOTE: We’re excited to host Mayfest in Midtown Mayfair! Due to ongoing construction, Midtown Swim Club and the Café area will be closed during the event for everyone’s safety.
TROLLEY MAP
VOLKSMARCH 5K
8 - 10 A.M.
Mayfair has partnered with Family Life Center to host their annual Volksmarch 5K. This year’s event will be part of Mayfest and will kick off at 8 AM at Fairway Park. Please come walk/run for a great cause!
Grab the family and join this amazing FREE 5K benefiting families in need across Comal County. The first 100 finishers will receive bracelets and pins! Register at the link below:

5K ROUTE
The route winds through the park, along Banner Court, and south on Guthrie, looping east on Ford Trail before heading down Guthrie toward Costco and back north to the park. Please be mindful of walkers!
HOMEOWNER HANGOUT
In front of Midtown Swim Club, you’ll find the Homeowner Hangout tent
— a great spot to relax, meet neighbors, and take a break. Enjoy complimentary drinks, snacks, and a flower for Mom (while supplies last). A VIP bracelet is required for entry and can be picked up in advance or at check-in.

SCIENCE EXPERIMENT BY HEADWATERS –
11:30 AM-12:30 PM
Stop by the Headwaters tent on the event lawn west of Celebration Hall for a fun liquid nitrogen demonstration. Adults can learn how to dry their own herbs, and kids won’t want to miss the owl pellet dissection.
Enjoy six food trucks with a variety of options, plus drink trucks serving coffee, lemonade, and fizzy treats. You’ll also find festival favorites like sno cones, cotton candy, donuts, and ice cream sandwiches around Celebration Hall. Cash and digital payments accepted.
For adults, the Bier and Wein Garten on the flex lawn east of Celebration Hall offers refreshing options please note all hard liquor must remain within the fenced area per TABC guidelines.
Mayfest has something for all ages! This lineup includes a trackless train, rock cli wall, EuroBungy, retro arcade, lawn gam Hungry Hungry Hippos, toddler play area, balloon twister, giant bubble artist, face painting, a hair tinsel station, and more spread throughout Midtown.
Shop the local market in Celebration Hall, grab your Costco membership, and get details on the May 15 Grand Opening. Then head to the Art Experience on the Crescent Green to browse unique pieces by local artists and watch live demos.
Plus, enjoy free arts and crafts for all ages, including friendship bracelets, CD painting, chalk art, and more!
MODEL HOME TOURS
If you have friends or family interested in joining you at Mayfair, this is a great time to visit the models, which will have complementary food or activities to enjoy.
Festival goers can pick up a postcard at the Welcome Tent and stamp their way through each model (via trolley!) to enter to win a $1,000 Costco shop card. This includes the new models by D.R. Horton in Ridgeway and Village at Mayfair.
