Scitech is an employee-owned multi-disciplinary design, construction and consultancy company.
We operate predominantly in the life science, pharmaceutical, biotechnology and technology sectors. Our activities encompass all stages of project delivery and many project execution models, including traditional design consultancy services, design and build, contracting, construction management, commissioning and qualification, pharmaceutical validation and quality consultancy.

Service Offering
Typically, we follow the RIBA and BSRIA design stages; however, we are flexible and can also work to customer specific design stages. Our in-house safety, cost, commissioning, construction and validation teams support our design and build development process to ensure lifecycle value and compliance.
Feasibility and Concept Studies
These allow us to determine the viability of a project from a business point of view and set the project principles to take forward into the next design stage.
Scheme Design/Front End Engineering
This takes the concept design output and turns it into a robust solution. It will address spatial aspects of constructability, GMP requirements, local authority regulations and other factors that will affect the final design. The developed design drawings and outline specifications creates the platform to move to detailed engineering.
Detailed Design and Engineering
Detailed design builds on the scheme design and provides the necessary specifications and coordinated design layouts to provide a high degree of project outturn cost certainty, a detailed programme and allows procurement and the build to begin.
Project Management, Procurement, Cost and Programme Control
This is how we manage the phases of project delivery, including project strategies, programme management, risk management, project reporting and change control. We undertake procurement strategies, supply chain management, cost and commercial management.
Construction and Construction Management
Covering Health & Safety, quality assurance and overall management to execute the project to provide a finished facility to the agreed design.
Quality and Validation
Covers all aspects of the validation lifecycle as they relate to facilities, utilities, equipment, CSV, plus cleaning and process-qualification.
