LONDON INTERNATIONAL STATIONERY SHOW Now in its 15th year, the 2025 edition is the biggest in the show’s history, bringing together over 150 exhibitors from across the globe. As the only dedicated trade show for the stationery sector, it remains an unmissable event for buyers, retailers, dealers, and resellers looking to discover the latest in art, crafts, writing instruments and paper products, all under one roof. This year’s show builds on a strong legacy of success, and we’re proud to continue its role as the most important date in the stationery industry calendar. Whether you’re a long-standing visitor or new to the event, we’re excited to welcome you to two packed days of discovery, inspiration and networking. In addition to the incredible range of exhibitors, we’re thrilled to present a comprehensive programme of talks and workshops (see pages 8–9). Key speakers this year include Helena MansellStopher, founder and ceo at Products of Change who will host ‘Lunch and learn – Sustainability in Stationery’ on day two. Special guest, TV personality Kate Ferdinand will also be present on the first day to discuss how stationery has played a pivotal role in family life, looking at the wider social aspect of the sector’s products. Martha Keith owner of stationery brand, Martha Brook also returns to discuss her latest tips for utilising the power of online marketing. Retail will be further discussed and debated at the popular Independent Retailers Panel on day two. ESSENTIALS VENUE
All levels of the Business Design Centre can be reached by the lift in the foyer. There are disabled toilet facilities on each level, and the first aid station is located on the Gallery level, Stairwell E. The cloakroom is located at the exhibition entrance, with a charge of £2 per item. There is free Wifi throughout the venue: simply connect to the BDC-openzone network.
ORGANISERS’ OFFICE
If you need to report the loss of any property, have found articles to be handed in, or have any general event queries, contact the Organisers’ Office on the mezzanine level.
REGULATIONS
Canvassing for business by unauthorized persons and non-exhibiting suppliers is strictly prohibited and will result in expulsion from the venue. Unofficial photography is not permitted, and for security purposes, visitors are requested to wear their badges at all times. Please do not leave property and valuables unattended.
CATERING
The Business Design Centre has its own restaurant called Jack’s Cafe. Tea, coffee and cakes are available at the Networking Matters cafe and lounge. In addition, Islington is full of cafes, bars and restaurants, so there is plenty of choice.
