All about the nutritional benefits A global event started by the United Nations in 2019, the day aims to recognize the importance of pulses (chickpeas, dry beans, lentils, dry peas and lupins among others) as a global food. The day also provides an opportunity to raise awareness about the nutritional benefits of pulses as part of sustainable food production aimed towards food security and nutrition.

A modern metropolitan with a unique and vibrant atmosphere, Tel Aviv is a city with a unique outlook.

The city boasts a diverse cultural scene, incredible food, UNESCO recognised architecture, and an international feel.

Most public areas of the city have been designed to accommodate pedestrians with large boulevards. This magical sunrise is unforgettable. It is often considered to be one of the world’s most spectacular events, with the slowness of the light emerging over the Jordanian Moab Mountains and the Dead Sea. Ein Gedi, near the Dead Sea in the Judean Desert is one of Israel’s premier hiking spots, featuring spectacular beauty, varied landscapes, and botanical gardens. Ein Gedi Nature Reserve is an extraordinary

After a leisurely walk one can take a relaxing dip in the Dead Sea. Dead Sea is the lowest place on earth surrounded by the stunning landscape of the Negev Desert. It is made up of 34 per cent salt and contains minerals and muds with special healing properties.

There are plenty of beaches that surround the Sea with sitting areas where you can relax and enjoy the tranquility.

Showcasing Israel’s geological diversity with poetic descriptions for the amazing rocks which are displayed, the rock garden also features over six acres of cacti.

A green escape The Yarkon National Park is divided into two parts: The Yarkon river source springs and Afek (a number of places in the biblical Land of Israel). Together they constitute a green lung and an island of tranquility in the middle of the most populated region in Israel. Its Rock Garden, one of the largest of its kind in the world, reflects Israel's geological diversity.

The Yarkon River runs through the park and reaches the Mediterranean Sea at the park's western edge. A walking route along
