Location: Miami Beach, Star Island, FL, USA
A contemporary home on Miami’s prestigious Star Island. Emphasizing the linear nature of the site and influenced by the clients’ love of boating and photography, the design is confident, minimalist and versatile. The architecture is defined by floating, overlapping horizontal floor and roof plates curating specific view axes.

RESIDENTIAL COMPLEX
Concept project
Location: Kyiv region, Ukraine

The Park Lake City is a continuation of the low-rise quarter development projects jointly developed by DIM Development and ARCHIMATIKA architectural studio.
The development of the site was designed with increased attention to the quality of the pedestrian space. First, we expand the existing channels, especially the main one. With the help of eco-ponds, we form peninsulas at the left part of the master plan with the possibility of driving in from the road that separates the school from another building. The right two islands are a less private neighborhood development with the option of walking along the waterfront along the buildings.
The arrangement of pedestrian and walking spaces - promenades along the canals, bringing them to the terraces of the first floors of residential buildings will create a relationship between urbanized and natural spaces
Concept project
Location: Odesa, Ukraine
This residential complex is a continuation of the low-rise quarter development projects jointly developed by Citex Development and ARCHIMATIKA architectural studio.
The main task was to create a residential complex in the spirit of modern European architecture, but directly in the context of the features of ukrainian seacity, its history and habits. A new residential complex in the Ukrainian city of Odessa should challenge the city’s existing «modern» development, which has long been considered obsolete.

Concept project
Location: Kyiv, Ukraine
RESIDENTIAL COMPLEX «Fayna Town» is fundamentally different from the existing housing offer in the Kyiv. This project assumes closed from the vehicles access surrounding territory that ensure maximum safety of pedestrian’s movement within residential areas and provide comfort for all of its inhabitants. The concept of development of the project assumes the development of the format «city in the city» and the preservation of the altitude of the old microdistrict.
Building C06 considered as future landmark for the entire Fayna town.
RESIDENTIAL COMPLEX
Competitive team project
Location: Tallinn, Estonia
Each block has its own small playground and some recreational areas. Terrain difference from street to yard is solved with a combination of terraces and stairs.
Buildings have an L-type plan, which are typical one to another. Orthogonal plan is easier for panel prefab construction. This orientation opens the yard`s space to the sea. It provides more apartments with a spectacular sea view. Furthermore, we think it is important to form a good street space by the road.
The architectural competition was organized by AS Merko Ehitus Eesti.
The aim of the architectural competition is to find the best architectural solution for the buildings located in the Lahekalda residential area in Tallinn.
The architectural solution of the buildings should take into account the specifics of the area, correspond to the already built and planned buildings and the sketch of the detailed plan of the northern part of Lahekalda. The solution must be architecturally worthy, but at the same time simple and functional, economical both in construction and in operation.

The garden includes several authentic purposes: - the garden of loneliness - the garden of reflections. In order to achieve loneliness, to truly be in yourself and in your thoughts space must have complecated plan. Located in a natural environment, it is an integral part of nature, without any hint of unnaturalness, but with some barriers as the difficult forms relief and enclosing natural ‘‘walls’’. So behind these walls you can hide and retire in full loneliness or with someone with whom it is pleasant to be in silent or together to looking for answers to universal questions.
