Location: Odesa, Ukraine 2022
This residential complex is a continuation of the low-rise quarter development projects jointly developed by Citex Development and ARCHIMATIKA architectural studio .
The main task was to create a residential complex in the spirit of modern European architecture, but directly in the context of the features of ukrainian seacity, its history and habits. A new residential complex in the Ukrainian city of Odessa should challenge the city’s existing «modern» development, which has long been considered obsolete.

The Park Lake City is a continuation of the low-rise quarter development projects jointly developed by DIM Development and ARCHIMATIKA architectural studio.
The development of the site was designed with increased attention to the quality of the pedestrian space. First, we expand the existing channels, especially the main one. With the help of eco-ponds, we form peninsulas at the left part of the master plan with the possibility of driving in from the road that separates the school from another building. The right two islands are a less private neighborhood development with the option of walking along the waterfront along the buildings.
In the eastern part of the project, in the corners of both plots, we are creating blocks of parking lots that form multifunctional squares. The sports area is located in the south of the plot in the sanitary zone of the parking lots. All this is connected by a single promenade.
The arrangement of pedestrian and walking spaces - promenades along the canals, bringing them to the terraces of the first floors of residential buildings will create a relationship between urbanized and natural spaces.

Competitive team project
Location: Tallinn, Estonia 2022
The architectural competition was organized by AS Merko Ehitus Eesti.
The aim of the architectural competition is to find the best architectural solution for the buildings located in the Lahekalda residential area in Tallinn.
The architectural solution of the buildings should take into account the specifics of the area, correspond to the already built and planned buildings and the sketch of the detailed plan of the northern part of Lahekalda. The solution must be architecturally worthy, but at the same time simple and functional, economical both in construction and in operation.

Each block has its own small playground and some recreational areas. Terrain difference from street to yard is solved with a combination of terraces and stairs.
Buildings have an L-type plan, which are typical one to another. Orthogonal plan is easier for panel prefab construction. This orientation opens the yard`s space to the sea. It provides more apartments with a spectacular sea view. Furthermore, we think it is important to form a good street space by the road.
All 4 buildings are connected with parking in one level 2/3 underground. It has 2 entrances on both ends of the parking. 247 parking lots in the parking and 42 outside. Each building has gross area of 6657,17 sq.m and apartment area of 4990,01sq m. 228 sq m for storage space in each building. 78% of the area above the ground consists of commercial spaces (apartments and storage space). 75% of this area – only apartments. We have 62 apartments per block and 248 at all. 16 1Room (6%), 100 2Room (40%), 76 3Room (31%), 48 of 4Room (20%), and 8 5Room (3%).
On the south part these terraces create some areas for sunbath lounge, even when it is cold.

The main facade idea is to make each building individual due to color and material solution but keep each of them typical one to another.
Some of them are designed like a monoform with balconies, other 2 like two separate volumes with metal balconies as well.

The garden includes several authentic purposes: - the garden of loneliness - the garden of reflections. In order to achieve loneliness, to truly be in yourself and in your thoughts space must have complecated plan.
Located in a natural environment, it is an integral part of nature, without any hint of unnaturalness, but with some barriers as the difficult forms relief and enclosing natural ‘‘walls’’. So behind these walls you can hide and retire in full loneliness or with someone with whom it is pleasant to be in silent or together to looking for answers to universal questions.

Commemorable location ‘‘The Stalag 358’’

Location: Zhytomyr, Ukraine

«Stalag 358» (German: Stalag 358 Schitomir) is a concentration camp of the German Wehrmacht for prisoners of war during the Second World War on the outskirts of the city of Zhytomyr.
The location that was chosen for the development of the conceptual project is the place where the cemetery of prisoners of war was found. Now there are military boxes for equipment. Further north, on the site of the institute’s sports ground and stadium, there are 28 more mass graves.
The leadership of the Soviet Union built a stadium on the site of mass graves. No respect. About the horror of the concentration camp that existed until October-November 1943, when the city of Zhytomyr was liberated from the German invaders, about hunger, hard work and executions, about the place where more than 110 thousand died, now only the water tower reminds.
By the way, the released prisoners were immediately sent to the front as «traitors» of the Motherland.

The Respublika is a continuation of the low-rise quarter development projects jointly developed by KAN Development and ARCHIMATIKA architectural studio. The new residential quarter is distinguished by the balance of all components of modern human life, because it takes into account the interests of a mother with a stroller, a pedestrian and a driver, a child and an elderly person.
Here in Respublika, the concept of car-free courtyards has been implemented, allowing you to fully use the entire space around the houses and discover something new every day. This is helped by the approach of dividing the space into the following areas such as: recreation, sports, dog walking, walking with children and parking spaces.
