This is because the body must metabolize the destroyed fat, but this occurs naturally, and clients can resume regular activities following the treatment.” Clients are encouraged to get their heart rate up afterward to boost the lymphatic system.

Liposonix is suggested for someone close to their ideal body weight and with at least a 1-inch fat layer. Though the treatment targets fat cells, it is not a weight loss treatment. The Liposonix ultrasound technology targets fat cells in the problem area, but the fat is processed through the lymphatic system. It will help reduce size in the target area but will not ultimately lead to weight loss.
