A b o u t
Matteo Maria Salvo is extremely passionate about everything is art. He has created his own path through music, art and he loves to teach his approach to creation. He loves “magic” in art, trying to focus in a dreaming dimension such as a magical reality representing a parallel world in his work. Matteo loves to paint on canvas with mixed media (oil, acrylic, pastels and spray) and to draw. He is holding his first solo exhibition in January 2022 near Bologna. His passion for art goes hand in hand with his passion for music.
Matteo is a composer of theater and soundtrack music and a teacher. He received several commissions from various music festivals all over Europe and his compositions were played by great musical performers. He holds an MA in Architecture, Composition, Piano, Choir conductingand Film Music from the UniversityofBologna and the ConservatoryG.B. Martini ofBologna.He attended the AcademyofFine Arts with Professor Rinaldo Novali. Moreover he published the book "Poesie -Impressioni" .
