MATT: I enjoy making my Father's family recipe of chili (with a side of black-eyed peas!) and watching football.

LAURA: I love taking some quiet time to reflect on the past year and brainstorm on ways to grow and improve in the new year.

This is also the time of year where I go "big picture" and think about what I would like my life to look like in five, ten, or even fifteen years down the road. I keep track of my New Year's goals year after year - it’s fun to see the progress!
