Being a result-oriented individual, Matthew Trim has always given his best to everything he has taken up. Getting the opportunity to work with a top company like Trims Retail at the very start of his career was a big thing for him and he made sure that he performed his role as diligently as he could. He was responsible for operations management, cost maintenance, policies and procedures, sales, IT marketing, management reporting and HR across all retail stores. One of his key achievements in the company was playing a lead role in the execution of commercial management strategies that drove growth within the group beyond $15m per annum. He achieved this by focusing on modernisation and continual process improvements.

After working with Trims Retail for over 5 years, Matthew Trim, in 2003, founded a Hospitality group that encompassed restaurants, bars and pubs across the North Adelaide and Norwood region employing approximately 70 employees within the group. Later in 2012, he purchased 131 Pizza (Melbourne, Vic) and built it to be the largest

independent Pizza group within Australia with more than 200 member stores nation-wide. In 2017, he sold it to a national food service business. The same year, he founded a commercial real estate agency that quickly became one of the most sought after boutique agencies in Adelaide, SA.
