Yoga Nidra: DEEP RELAXATION WITH ROSEMARY 75-minute session | September 20 7pm-8:15pm | $25 Bring your yoga mat and some blankets and prepare yourself for total, deep relaxation. This is not a physical exercise, but rather a technique for physical rejuvenation, mental relaxation, spiritual growth and overall wellness.

ADULT INTRODUCTORY TAP CLASSES 6-week session | September 7-October 11 | 11am-11:45am

Classes will include fundamental tap technique, movements and vocabulary, basic rhythms and combinations both across the floor and center. Broadway and jazz tap styles will be taught. Tap legends and the rich history of tap dance will be discussed as well. Dance has been proven to help with reflexes, coordination, concentration and memory!

basic joyful yoga with rosemary 4-week session | 10am-11am Mondays | September 19-October 10 Thursdays | September 22-October 13 Have you wanted to try yoga but not sure you are up to it? This class is for you! This is a great way to start strengthening your muscles, particularly your core muscles. We will begin where you are and build gently, listening to your body all the way. A key benefit is that you will develop and improve balance in this series of classes. Leave each class with a smile on your face and feeling good!

2022-2023 MaTTHEWS BALLET AND DANCE CLASSES Registration for our 2022-2023 School of Ballet and Dance has opened! This is a school-year program, with payments broken up into sessions every 6-8 weeks. Classes are available for ages 3 and up!

September 26 | Ages 5-12 | 9am-12pm and/or 1pm-4pm Register for both and get a full day! Each day consist of artistic projects and every day is different! We will explore an array of mediums from painting, clay, jewelry design, drawing, illustration, exploration art & so much more. Pre-packaged snacks and bottled water are provided. If signing up for both sessions, campers will need to bring a lunch.

Kids night out with challenge island October 7 | 6pm-8pm | Ages 6-11 | Registration Fee: $45 Kids Night Out Glow Party. Learn about the pillars of challenge island and explore potential and kinetic energy as you and your STEAM TEAM engineer a glow in the dark roller coaster and experience the science of polymers while making glow in the dark take home slime. We’ll end the night with pizza and a dance party. Don’t miss your chance to get your glow on!

Saturday, September 10 11:30am-12:15pm | Ages 6-8 (must have at least 1 year ballet experience) 12:30pm-1:30pm | Ages 9-11 (must have at least 2 years ballet experience) 1:30pm-2:30pm | Ages 12 and up (bring pointe shoes if on pointe) Dancers must be able to commit to performance dates of November 26 & 27, and December 3 & 4.

Rehearsals will be held on weekends.
