Adult art students from Cynthia Howard’s oil painting classes will have their work on display for the month of November.

Classes will focus on traditional watercolor painting.

Classes include but are not limited to materials, composition, value and color. Each session begins with a demonstration plus discussion about painting.

Lose yourself in an immersive experience designed to calm & quiet the nervous system; release into deep stretch & restorative postures; explore soothing self-care practices for your daily life. Emerge relaxed, restored and rejuvenated for the season ahead.

Creative healing art drop-in Thursdays | 7pm-8pm | $10 per class | Ages 18+ Presented by Charlotte Creative Healing, these weekly groups are an opportunity for participants to learn and discuss mental health with the support of others. Participants will also take part in a creative activity like drawing, collage, creative writing, etc.

No prior art experience is required to participate.

Guided relaxation with rosemary Mondays, 7pm-8pm | Ages 16+ | Nov. 6, 13 & Dec. 11, 18 Experience a deep state of relaxation and a tranquil mind. Each guided practice will last between 35-45 minutes allowing the participant some time to enjoy their relaxation experience.

We will be focusing on the basics of cooking and some baking. Also, your child will learn cooking safety and sanitation skills.
