American elite martial arts Youth classes offered on Thursday evenings from 5:30-8:30pm for all ages interested in learning the basics of martial arts in a fun and active environment.

HIGH FITNESS DANCE CARDIO A dance cardio workout that combines high energy aerobics and interval training set to fun music with easy to follow fitness choreography. Fully adaptable for all ages, stages, and levels of fitness. Classes will be offered Friday mornings, 9:30-10:20am.

Cost is $7.00 per session or you have the option of purchasing a class pass (10 sessions) for $60.

Learn the basics of color theory, visual development, and storyboarding. Take your drawings to the next level! For fans of Disney, Anime, Manga, Super Heroes, Pokemon, and more!

Bring your yoga mat and some blankets and prepare yourself for total, deep relaxation. This is not a physical exercise, but rather a technique for physical rejuvenation, mental relaxation, spiritual growth and overall wellness.

ADULT INTRODUCTORY TAP CLASSES 6-week session | October 19-November 30 | 11am-11:45am (No class 11/23) Classes will include fundamental tap technique, movements and vocabulary, basic rhythms and combinations both across the floor and center. Broadway and jazz tap styles will be taught. Tap legends and the rich history of tap dance will be discussed as well. Dance has been proven to help with reflexes, coordination, concentration and memory!

This is a practice with an easy, smooth flow of basic yoga poses combined with gentle stretches and breath work. This is a great way to start strengthening your muscles, particularly your core muscles. We will begin where you are and build gently, listening to your body all the way. A key benefit is that you will develop and improve balance in this series of classes. Leave each class with a smile on your face and feeling good!
