HIGH FITNESS DANCE CARDIO
A dance cardio workout that combines high energy aerobics and interval training set to fun music with easy to follow fitness choreography Adaptable for all ages, stages, and levels of fitness Classes will be offered Monday and every other Friday morning, 9:30-10:20am. Cost is $7.00 per session or you have the option of purchasing a 10-class pass for $60.
