HIGH FITNESS DANCE CARDIO

PICKLEBALL

A dance cardio workout that combines high energy aerobics and interval training set to fun music with easy to follow fitness choreography. Adaptable for all ages, stages, and levels of fitness.

Classes will be offered Monday and every other Friday morning, 9:30-10:20am. Cost is $7.00 per session or you have the option of purchasing a 10-class pass for $60.

If you want to learn tap but never had the opportunity or danced as a child and remember it fondly, this tap class is great for beginners or dancers with some tap experience. Classes will include fundamental tap technique, movements and vocabulary, basic rhythms and combinations both across the floor and center. Broadway and jazz tap styles will be taught. Tap legends and the rich history of tap dance will be discussed as well.

Dance has been proven to help with reflexes, coordination and improve concentration and memory!
