Whether a mom to adult children or a new mom needing time to herself, we’ll come together for a fun, upbeat, and mindful class to celebrate all you do!

If you want to learn tap but never had the opportunity or danced as a child and remember it fondly, this tap class is great for beginners or dancers with some tap experience. Classes will include fundamental tap technique, movements and vocabulary, basic rhythms and combinations both across the floor and center. Broadway and jazz tap styles will be taught. Tap legends and the rich history of tap dance will be discussed as well. Dance has been proven to help with reflexes, coordination, concentration and memory!
