IN VIRTUAL MEETINGS

Due to Mecklenburg County’s COVID-19 Stay at Home Order, the Matthews Board of Commissioners meetings will be conducted remotely using the Zoom virtual meeting platform. The Town of Matthews is committed to transparency and robust public participation during these challenging times. While the public is not permitted to gather in-person to participate in this meeting, there are options to participate in our meetings remotely:

The meeting is available via Zoom. A link to the Zoom meeting will be shared on MatthewsNC.Gov before the meeting. A livestream of the meeting will also be available via the Town of Matthews YouTube Channel. RECORD A PUBLIC COMMENT TO BE READ AT THE MEETING Public comments may be emailed to matthews@matthewsnc.gov or phoned in to 704-708-1222. Please include your name in the comment and note our limit of up to up to four minutes in length, or approximately 500 words, for the public comment. The Board will allocate 20 minutes to read the submitted comments. Public comments will be accepted through 5 PM on the day of the Board of Commissioners meeting.
