A dance cardio workout that combines high energy aerobics and interval training set to fun music you love with easy to follow fitness choreography.

Taekwondo at Crews Recreation Center Hall of Fame Taekwondo and Karate instructor Master Mun 9th Dan will be leading youth taekwondo classes on Wednesdays from 5-6pm and Fridays from 5-6pm.

Matthews Artists Guild will have their work on display for the month of March featuring works from Butler High School students as well as MAG members. Gallery hours are limited, call 704-321-7275 before visiting to confirm the gallery is open.

Save the date! Socrates Middle and High School Art Exhibition will be in May at the McDowell Arts Center Gallery. The reception and pottery sale will be Saturday, May 21, 4:30pm-6:30pm.

ADULT INTRODUCTORY TAP CLASSES FREE Trial class | March 2nd | 10:30am 6-week session starts Wednesday, March 23 If you want to learn tap but never had the opportunity or danced as a child and remember it fondly, this tap class is great for beginners or dancers with some tap experience. Classes will include fundamental tap technique, movements and vocabulary, basic rhythms and combinations both across the floor and center. Broadway and jazz tap styles will be taught.

Tap legends and the rich history of tap dance will be discussed as well. Dance has been proven to help with reflexes, coordination, concentration and memory!
