American Elite Martial Arts Youth classes offered on Thursday evenings from 5:30-8:30pm for all ages interested in learning the basics of martial arts in a fun and active environment.

Youth CPR / First Aid Course

Dance Without Limits - Free!

Saturday, March 9 | 9am-3pm | Ages 12-17

Fridays | January 19-June 7 | 10am-11am

Learn about emergency situations, basic life supports, CPR, and more! Certification exam will be taken at the end of the course.

In partnership with Order My Steps Dance Company and the Arts & Science Council, a free dance class will be offered to seniors with varying mobility levels to promote staying active through dance.

Meditation 101 Series

Homeschool PE: Fencing

6-week session | Wednesdays | 10am | Begins March 6

5-week sessions | Thursdays | 10am-11am | $100 per student

Curious about mediation? Join us as we explore "meditation myths" and practice various meditation techniques.

Registration is open for beginner homeschool fencing sessions.

Participants will learn proper fencing footwork, rules, fencing etiquette, etc. To register, contact Coach Boris at 917-293-7877

DIRECTOR’S MESSAGE Spring is right around the corner Matthews!

Each day is getting a little bit longer, offering the chance to spend more time outdoors.

I encourage everyone to find 3 outdoor adventures to go on this month. Explore the new Irvins Creek Greenway, or take a walk in the tunnel under Trade Street as part of the newly extended Four Mile Creek Greenway.

My advice would be to also make the ShamROCK concert one of your stops on March 16! Whichever programs or events you choose to attend, our team will be there to make sure it's an awesome experience for you.
