basic joyful yoga with rosemary 4-week session August 18-September 8 Thursdays, 10am-11am Have you wanted to try yoga but not sure you are up to it? This class is for you! This is a great way to start strengthening your muscles, particularly your core muscles. We will begin where you are and build gently, listening to your body all the way. A key benefit is that you will develop and improve balance in this series of classes. Leave each class with a smile on your face and feeling good!

2022-2023 MaTTHEWS BALLET AND DANCE CLASSES

ADULT INTRODUCTORY TAP CLASSES 6-week session | July 6-August 17 | 45-minute class (No class on August 3) If you want to learn tap but never had the opportunity or danced as a child and remember it fondly, this tap class is great for beginners or dancers with some tap experience. Classes will include fundamental tap technique, movements and vocabulary, basic rhythms and combinations both across the floor and center. Broadway and jazz tap styles will be taught. Tap legends and the rich history of tap dance will be discussed as well. Dance has been proven to help with reflexes, coordination, concentration and memory!

This is a school-year program, with payments broken up into sessions every 6-8 weeks.

Classes run September 12-November 17, 2022 (Sharings week of November 14-17, 2022) Spring Semester Classes Classes will begin January 9, 2023 Student performances will be in March 2023.
