We are currently booking our facility for Spring/Summer! Our space is a great place to host your birthday party, baby and wedding showers, anniversary parties, family reunions and meetings. In observance of the Easter holiday, Crews Recreation Center will be closed on Friday, April 15th and Sunday, April 17th.

High fitness dance cardio A dance cardio workout that combines high energy aerobics and interval training set to fun music you love with easy to follow fitness choreography. Adaptable for all ages and fitness levels! Mondays & Fridays, 9:30am-10:20am $7.00/session or $60 for a class pass (10 sessions)
bridge club The Charlotte Bridge Club offers games on Tuesdays from 12:30pm-4:30pm Cost is $7.00 per session.
soul line dance In partnership with Purple Steppers, a free Soul Line Dance class will be offered at the Crews Recreation Center on Mondays from 12pm to 1pm.
American elite martial arts
Youth classes offered on Thursday evenings from 5:45-8:30pm for all ages interested in learning the basics of martial arts in a fun and active environment.

tai chi for health Slow meditation in motion, Tai Chi promotes serenity through gentle, flowing movements. The ultimate purpose of Tai Chi is cultivating the Qi within us to flow smoothly and powerfully throughout the body. Classes will be offered every Monday & Thursday at 10:30am. Cost is $2.00 per session.

ADULT INTRODUCTORY TAP CLASSES 6-week session starts Wednesday, March 23 No Class April 20 If you want to learn tap but never had the opportunity or danced as a child and remember it fondly, this tap class is great for beginners or dancers with some tap experience. Classes will include fundamental tap technique, movements and vocabulary, basic rhythms and combinations both across the floor and center. Broadway and jazz tap styles will be taught. Tap legends and the rich history of tap dance will be discussed as well. Dance has been proven to help with reflexes, coordination, concentration and memory!

Color of Jazz is a live jazz, soul, and blues music series centered around jazz culture. Each event will pay tribute to jazz greats and emerging jazz artists from America and abroad. The series will feature (seasoned) local & surrounding area musicians while aiming to educate, entertain, and inspire through the arts. Keep it jazzed, baby!!
