• Every item will be tested and verified prior to being sent/picked up. All sales are final.
• Clients will be provided detailed photos of their selected pieces. If a purchase is requested, clients will receive a copy of the Terms & Conditions via email; final payment is implied consent of the Terms & Conditions.
• Payment options: All major credit cards or wire transfers are accepted.
• Shipping charges apply for all orders that are unable to be picked up from our Vancouver warehouse at #460 - 425 Carrall Street, Vancouver BC, V6B 6E3.
• Single C1 pendants may be combined into larger configurations. Please inquire about this option, noting that some configurations will require an additional upcharge.
• All fixtures will be sold complete with necessary pendants/lamping, driver(s), canopies, etc. required for a full installation. Any modifications are done at the buyer’s risk and expense as they do not qualify for warranty. Installation with a certified electirican is strongly recommended.
MILA
A labour of love, Mila was realized through the marriage of hand-blown artisan glass balanced with the soft geometry of its delicately bent form. Simple and elegant, the glow of Mila’s pearl-like spheres hang in beautiful harmony within nests of precious metal.
Available Mila pendants include non-standard prototype finishes, minor finish imperfections and/or discontinued bulb type.
CASCADIA
An homage to nature and its effortless beauty, the Cascadia pendant takes its name from the Canadian Cascades’ white-capped mountain range and organic flow of waterways. The distinctive opaline glow of Cascadia’s proprietary, hand-crafted LED glass retainers and solid brass fitting hides its technical precision through an aesthetic of simplicity and a pureness in design.
Available Cascadia pendants include non-standard prototype finishes, discontinued bulb types and showroom floor models.
LABRA
Labra explores stone as nature’s art, hand-chiseled and carefully shaped to perfection by masters in their craft. Honouring the rich materiality of European alabaster, Labra is a wall-mounted LED fixture and ornamental statement piece that stands the test of time. Carved with delicate precision, the solid stone block is perfectly moulded to an intentional inner curve - inspired by the palpable energy felt between two forms just moments before they touch.
Available Labra sconces include minor finish imperfections and showroom floor models.
HALO
Originally conceived as a graphical interpretation of effervescence, Halo is a series of bold lamps inspired by the warm glow of the proprietary LED ring luminaire, each housed in hand-finished casing with a jewel-like finish.

OVA
Ova exudes an ethereal glow that can turn any space into an elegant sanctuary. Carefully handmade into dimensional layers of glass, Ova casts a diffused and ambient warmth through its womb-like, translucent inner body.

LINE LIGHT
Distilled to its purest form, Line Lights are precision CNC milled from a solid piece of thoughtfully selected wood and hand-finished to a refined plainness. Line Lights feel at home as a standalone pendant, appropriate for task lighting above a desk or kitchen island, or arranged into several striking contemporary compositions as the statement piece in any space.
Available Line Lights include minor imperfections and showroom floor models.
DODECA
Dodeca, a nod to the Greek word for 12, is a contemporary play on a classic chandelier with forged facets that interact wonderfully with its ambient light, a seemingly counterintuitive balance against the more industrial inner band of illumination. Using high-density, high-output LEDs, Dodeca is a fixture known for coming to life when turned on and an equally striking sculpture at rest.
The available Dodeca is the showroom floor model.
TERMS & CONDITIONS: LAST
CHANCE EVENT
The acceptance of any Last Chance Event product purchase by Matthew McCormick Studio (MMS) is expressly conditioned on Buyer’s acceptance of the following Terms & Conditions:
FINAL SALE: Product is accepted as-is, inspected on-site by Buyer (or via video/images of product) and will be final sale in the available configuration(s) only. Returns or exchanges will not be permitted.
WARRANTY: Final sale items are not covered by the MMS Limited Warranty; Buyer accepts Product condition as-is and can request an electrical test on-site prior to making the purchase, as necessary.
PRODUCT AVAILABILITY: Sale fixtures will be sold as a full fixture “kit” which includes the necessary pendants/lamping, driver(s) as needed, canopy and additional componentry necessary for a complete installation. Product kits are accepted as-is at time of purchase and cannot be modified or altered. Ensuing modifications are done at Buyer’s risk and expense.
INSTALLATION: Buyer assumes full responsibility and costs related to the proper installation of the purchased products, noting that personalized electrical requirements (ie. dimming) may be necessary based on the location/circumstances of the install. While installation instructions will be provided, MMS highly recommends that product is installed by a licensed electrician to circumvent unnecessary damage done to the product during the installation the process. MMS is not responsible for any damages to product or the property related to third-party installation.
PAYMENT: A 50% deposit is required to hold an item prior to final inspection/acceptance. To finalize purchase, a final 50% payment is required once Buyer accepts product. If product is declined at time of inpsection, a full refund of the 50% deposit will be available. All major credit/ debit cards and wire transfers will be accepted at the MMS Last Chance Sale (wire transfer confirmations must be sent to sales@matthewmccormick.ca).
LOCAL
SALE:
All sale items will be picked up from MMS office (460 - 425 Carrall Street, Vancouver, BC V6B 6E3) upon notification from MMS that your order is ready, during regular office hours. Orders will be stored for a maximum of 30 days from the time of notification that it is ready for pick up.
ONLINE SALE SHIPPING:
Unless otherwise agreed to in writing by MMS, all products will be shipped F.O.B. from MMS’s warehouse facility in Vancouver, BC. MMS will ship products by the method deemed most satisfactory based on convenience, sustainable practice, experience and/or cost, unless specified by Buyer and confirmed by MMS in writing. Method of packaging is at MMS discretion. Buyer understands and agrees that all delivery times provided for an invoice are approximate and that actual delivery date may vary as a result of events outside of MMS’s control, including but not limited to strikes, accidents, natural disasters or unavailability of material and/or product. Unless otherwise arranged, all freight charges are billed with the product charges. All prices include crating, unless otherwise stated in MMS Price List or for oversized product and combined shipments. Under such circumstances, crating will be quoted separately and billed on final invoice. Buyer is responsible for covering charges incurred should they fail to accept delivery of Product(s) including but not limited to demurrage charges, transportation charges, warehousing fees, storage fees, and insurance costs.
