A complete renovation of an Upper East Side penthouse situated at the corner of 72nd Street and Park Avenue adjacent to Central Park. The interior work saw full remodels of the kitchen and bathrooms with restoration of historic fireplaces and millwork in the library. The client expressed desire for all new stone and wood parquet flooring inspired by the history of the extsiting unit. Antique light fixtures were specified for the various rooms of entertainment along with new custom sculptural lighting commissioned for the grand entry gallery. I updated the overall apartment floorplan according to the clients needs and also designed new bathroom and kitchen layouts along with millwork designs and details, including a large kitchen island and massive full-height millwork pantry wall.
