Upscale is seeking Senior Foremen to support upcoming projects starting Spring 2025, including:
High-end ground-up custom homes ($20M–$25M+) with pools, site work, and landscape Interiors-heavy apartment and residential renovations ($10M–$15M full-gut projects)
This role is ideal for a seasoned foreman who takes pride in layout mastery, calm execution, and strong relationships and who values longterm stability over job-hopping.
We are open to two career paths:
1.Career Foreman a highly compensated, long-term layout and field leader.
2.Superintendent Track Foreman — a foreman with the ambition and capability to grow into a Superintendent role over time.
Key Responsibilities
Technical & Field Leadership
Execute and oversee precise layout for:
Foundations, walls, and structural elements
Complex architectural details
Setting subcontractors up for success through accurate layout and coordination
Run daily site operations under the direction of the Superintendent
Stay ahead of subcontractors to maintain schedule, quality, and site flow
Coordinate closely with:
Superintendents
Subcontractors
Architects
Homeowners (light interaction)
Project-Specific Focus (Depending on Assignment)
Ground-Up Projects: High-end residential construction, pools, site walls, and landscape coordination
Interiors / Apartment Projects: Full-gut renovations, interiors sequencing, and adaptability between apartment GC work and luxury residential standards
What We’re Looking For
Required Experience
Proven experience as a Foreman on high-quality residential or mixed-use projects
Strong layout expertise — this is the single most important skill for this role
Ability to manage complex details and multiple trades simultaneously
Experience working closely with architects and design teams
