The concept of the project is based on synergy between the rehabilitation center and the the surrounding area. The rehabilitation center is to be a center for rehabilitation, a center that restores life around itself. The center will rehabilitate the victims of war and give them new life energy. Complex should become an oasis of life returning to this land after the disastrous anthropogenic impact on the territory. The building of the complex is located on a hill between two quarries, symbolically merging the The Old Kantyna quarry, where the process of of natural regeneration has already begun, with the new stone quarry, which is a stone desert. The rehabilitation center boasts strategically positioned spaces that capture the mesmerizing views of the quarry’s landscapes. Large windows, private balconies, and serene outdoor areas provide patients with an immersive and calming environment conducive to the healing journey. Ensuring accessibility for all, project adheres to universal design principles. Old Hamlet Residence

Year: 2020

Location: Minsk, Belarus

Team: MArch Matvei Aleinikau

Type: Private

Status: In progress

The monomaterial construction of the exterior of the house allowed for architecture with clean lines. A laconic image, precise proportions, and perfect renderings are characteristic of this project. The sculptural appearance of the house begins at the main entrance to the residence. Basically, the closed main facades hide an abundance of glass from the courtyard side. The windows of all the rooms overlook a cozy private courtyard that has the shape of the house itself. The outer contour of the house acts as a fence and protection of the inner area from prying eyes, forming a quiet space for relaxation and communication.

The Cabin - Eco Hotel

Year: 2022

Location: Norway

Team: MArch Matvei Aleinikau

Type: Private

Status: In progress

A small house that promotes complete fusion with nature - this was the main idea that we put into this project. That is why the walls of the house are made of glass with mirror coating; an incredible panorama opens up from the inside, and from the outside the house reflects its surroundings and completely merges with it. Functionally, the house consists of a residential block and a sauna, which are connected by a terrace that acts as a bridge. The residential block is equipped with everything necessary for living in nature and includes a bathroom with shower, a large sleeping area, a kitchenette and storage systems.

Volga Residence

Year: 2022

Location: Tver, Russia

Team: MArch Matvei Aleinikau

Type: Private

Status: In progress

The house is located on the bank of the river, which significantly influenced the placement of the house on the site: we oriented all the main areas towards picturesque views of the water surface. The layout of the house is presented in the form of three levels. The lower level contains technical rooms and a boathouse for storing boats. On the middle level we placed public functions: a large common space of a living room-kitchen-dining room, an office, a studio and a bathhouse. The upper level is private, represented by a master block and additional bedrooms. Also in this project, it was important for us to maintain privacy in relation to neighbors in order to close the bedrooms from prying eyes.

Highlands Residence

Year: 2022

Location: Ulan Bator, Mongolia

Team: MArch Matvei Aleinikau, inż. Nikita Abanin

Type: Private

Status: In progress

One of the houses of the village project in Mongolia and here are interesting facts about it: Extensive overhangs along the perimeter of all residential premises protect them from overheating in the summer, and in winter, when the sun is lower, they let its rays in for additional heating. The first floor, unlike other houses in the village, has a residential function. In addition to the garage and entrance area, it contains a bedroom with its own bathroom and an office. Entrance and entry into the house occurs through the first floor, so the living quarters on the second floor receive maximum views.
