math is a possible accomplishment I am Dr. Marrero from Math Topics. This is the first issue of the new magazine that I am introducing to my subscribers, non-subscribers and people in general. First, let me introduce myself. I am a mathematics teacher. I was born in Cuba and came to the U.S in 1998. I earned my bachelor degree in math and computer programming in Havana (1995). I have been teaching all grade levels 6-12 since 2002 including graduated math courses at NSU. Also, I have earned the following degrees: Master in Science (Math Education) NSU 2010 Specialist degree in Mathematics Education NSU 2016 Doctoral Degree NSU 2019

Associate concepts: Domain, range, x and y values, defined intervals, undefined intervals, interval notation, inequality notation, table of values,and vertical line test. Function is one of the most significant concepts in mathematics.It is also a transcendental idea that has reshaped the world of science. What is a function? What is function notation? How do we evaluate functions? What is the domain? What is the range? The understanding of these ideas will be essential to succeed in mathematics learning.

Definition A function is primarily a relation in which we have two sets that are connected in a certain way. There are levels of dependency and Independence. One set will be independent and the second set will depend on that set. This is conceptually the idea of a function. This idea that comes from real-life experiences is translated into an abstract notation in mathematics.
Definition: Every element from the input(domain, independent) set has only one element from the range( output, dependent) associated with it. the word ”only” is the key word, the essential connection that makes the relation a function.
