MasteryPrep’s Boot Camps for STAAR are half-day workshops designed to increase the number of students achieving Mastery and Advanced.
Each Boot Camp focuses on a single subject, giving students targeted review in the final build-up to test day. Led by MasteryPreptrained instructors, these sessions equip students with essential tips and strategies for success.

Wylie ISD is also a longtime user of Sirius Education Solutions, now part of the MasteryPrep family, for STAAR prep for Grades 5-12.

At Red Oak High School, leaders implemented a MasteryPrep Boot Camp for STAAR Algebra I specifically for students who had previously not passed the exam (retesters). Held just before testing and focused on high-priority TEKS, strategy, and confidence-building, the Boot Camp delivered measurable results: Scores Among STAAR Re-Testers in December 2025 (After Boot Camp)
• Combined percentage of students who Meets and Masters increased YoY in 2025 from 4% to 22% among retesters
• Overall passing rates increased from 39% to 47%
• Most students who achieved Masters had previously attempted the STAAR multiple times without success
