Whether it’s a 1966 Mini Cooper, 1969 Lola T70 Mk3b, a 2008 Peugeot 908 or another much-loved historic racing icon, we have a great choice of races for you and your car in 2020.

Beginning anew. We have some fantastic new venues to look forward to, new faces to welcome into the paddock to join our wonderful community and exciting new cars to see racing out on track. The Masters Team will always be on hand to support you in the run up to each event and also throughout the duration of each event, delivering comprehensive support to you and your team.

Together, we will celebrate your triumphs, share your achievements and help you to make it a successful and fun-filled racing year. THE 2020 RACE SEASON IS HERE! With a mix of iconic traditional venues and exciting new circuits, the Masters 2020 season is set to be a whistle-stop Tour across some of the greatest circuits in the UK, Europe and North America.

In Europe, the five core Masters categories will race through a season packed with the best events available, whilst in North America, the Masters Historic Formula One USA and Masters Endurance Legends USA grids will be doing the rounds on some of the most famous circuits Stateside. There is something exciting in store for everyone!

The Masters European Tour Calendar The 2020 European season kicks off at the challenging Circuito do Algarve on the slopes near Portimão, before repeating its string of popular British fixtures at Brands Hatch, Donington Park and Silverstone. The Historic Grand Prix at Zolder takes a late August slot, before we head to the Historic Grand Prix at Zandvoort and the Spa Six Hours. These three events will together form a shortened calendar for both FIA Historic Championships promoted by Masters. But that’s not it for these popular grids. In addition, the Masters Historic Formula One Cars and Masters Historic Sports Cars will also race in a series of exciting and competitive, non-Championship races, at the other four venues on the 2020 European Tour calendar.

The Masters Gentlemen Drivers for Pre-66 GT Cars and the Masters Pre-66 Touring Cars have their busiest season for a number of years, both getting the chance to race at all of the seven main Masters events.

In 2020, the Aston Martin Masters Endurance Legends calendar is made up of four regular Masters historic events, including the chance to race at the newly upgraded Zandvoort circuit in September, plus two support races on the European Le Mans Series weekends.

Meanwhile, after its resounding success in 2019, the Masters Pre-66 Mini Celebration is back for more in 2020. Similar to last season, the all-Mini-series will be contested over two rounds at Donington Park and Silverstone.

The Masters USA Tour Calendar In North America, our Masters Historic Formula One USA grid is joined once again by the Masters Endurance Legends USA series. The new series went from strength to strength last year and we have high hopes of some bumper grids again this year. We have a stunning race schedule to look forward to with stops at some US roadcircuit greats; starting at Sonoma and making onwards stops at Watkins Glen, Road America, and Road Atlanta.

The MEL USA cars will also get the opportunity to join in the HSR Classic Endurance Races at Daytona and Sebring!

The Masters European Membership fee for 2020 will be £495 and – new for 2020 – the US Memberships fee has been reduced to $500! As always, whether you are racing one car or several cars during a season, the Masters Membership fee covers you to race in any Masters races during the season.

Your racing Membership includes two VIP passes for the Masters Drivers Club at each event this year. The Masters Drivers Club will be in situ at the 7 main European race weekends, offering you a social and welcoming base for each race weekend.

START YOUR 2020 MASTERS EUROPEAN TOUR AT A NEW EVENT IN SUNNY SOUTHERN PORTUGAL! The Autódromo Internacional do Algarve opened in 2008 and is one of the most modern racing circuits in the world. Its state-of-the-art facilities are used by constructors, race teams and motorsport companies for testing and product development. It’s a great place to start your 2020 Masters European Season in sunny Southern Portugal!

The 4.684m Grade 1 circuit will play host to the five main Masters grids as they get their 2020 season underway. With a pay-as-you-go Test Day on Friday, there will be plenty of track time available to ensure your car is in fine fettle after the winter off-season, at this technical circuit with its excellent facilities.

The Autódromo Internacional do Algarve boasts a karting track, technology park, five-star hotel (which we have a special rate for), sports complex and apartments!

And, if that’s not enough, there are the stunning beaches and scenery just a few kilometres away.

Getting there is easy too. The nearest international airport is at Faro, which has great links throughout Europe and is approx. 55 minutes further east along the coast. The circuit is just a 10-minute drive from the cities of Portimão and Lagos.

We are delighted that the Aston Martin Masters Endurance Legends have been invited back to join the Support Race bill for the 4 Hours of Monza! It’s the second event in the 2020 European Le Mans Series season and this weekend gives you a chance to showcase endurance racing over the last two decades, against your modern counterparts racing in the European Le Mans Series.

Who would have thought that the Masters Historic Festival at Brands Hatch would be in its 14th year?!

Our first UK event of the Masters 2020 Tour takes us to a circuit steeped in history that retains its original period layout too. The Brands Hatch GP circuit is a fast and technical challenge for drivers and adored by the public who get a great view all-round the circuit.

The busy 2-day weekend format will host Masters Historic Formula One and Masters Historic Sports Cars as well as stunning grids for the Gentlemen Drivers and Masters Pre-66 Touring cars for their first UK round. The timetable will be ably supported by grids from FIA Lurani Trophy, HSCC Historic Formula 2, Equipe GTS and the Dutch Colmore YTCC. There is definitely plenty to look forward to!

The Masters Drivers Club will be based in the Outer Paddock throughout the weekend giving you a welcoming base come rain or shine! And let’s not forget the annual Mexican Drivers Party on the Saturday night!

ENJOY A RELAXED, STRESSFREE WEEKEND OF RACING WITHOUT THE CROWDS – AT DONINGTON PARK! You liked it so much last year that we are going back to the undulations of Donington Park for a second year!

The Derbyshire circuit seemed to tick many boxes for you last year with its new and improved facilities. So, we are heading back in 2020 on a slightly later date and, this year, Masters Historic Formula One will also get to be a part of the action!

The busy two-day event will be headlined by Masters Historic Formula One – the grids first chance to race there since 2016 – and will be joined by Masters Historic Sports Cars. The Gentlemen Drivers and Masters Pre-66 Touring cars will be back with a bang and will be joined again by the Masters Pre-66 Minis!

Last year this grid was a great hit and will be back in force with two sprint races this year in preparation for their races at the Silverstone Classic.
