Strengthen
the technical knowledge, documentation skills, and coordination processes that keep commercial construction projects moving forward.
The Project Coordinator Development Series is designed to strengthen the skills and confidence of professionals who play a critical role in keeping construction projects organized, documented, and moving forward. Project Coordinators often serve as the communication and coordination hub between the field, project managers, subcontractors, and clients—making their ability to manage information, track documentation, and support project teams essential to project success.
This series equips participants with the practical tools, technical knowledge, and process understanding needed to effectively support both field and office operations in commercial construction. Through focused sessions, participants will build working knowledge of key project coordination responsibilities including spec book navigation, procurement workflows, submittal management, scheduling support, RFI processes, and project closeout documentation.
Participants will gain a comprehensive view of how construction information flows throughout the life of a project and how their role contributes to efficient coordination, risk reduction, and successful project delivery. Each session emphasizes real-world application, helping coordinators strengthen their ability to manage documentation, support project teams, and communicate effectively across stakeholders.
By the end of the series, participants will have a stronger understanding of construction project processes and the confidence to take on expanded responsibilities as a trusted member of the project management team
