As construction projects become more complex and fast-paced, mastering Procore is essential for superintendents who want to stay ahead. This training series is designed to help field leaders fully leverage Procore’s tools to improve daily operations, enhance jobsite communication, and gain confidence using technology to manage field activities, safety, and subcontractors.

MANAGING FIELD ACTIVITIES (IPAD, IPHONE, AND ANDROID)

October 29, 2025 | 9:00 am - 11:00 am

This session provides superintendents with the foundational knowledge to transition from paper-based workflows to Procore’s digital platform. Attendees will learn how to use the iPad and mobile tools to access and mark up project drawings and specifications in the field, streamlining communication and reducing trips back to the office. The training will walk through Specifications, Drawings, Photos, and Daily Log tools on mobile devices to enable real-time field reporting and coordination.

LEARNING OBJECTIVES

• Customize Procore tools for their individual workflows.

• Create and apply markups and notes to both drawings and photos.

• Efficiently search within project specifications and drawings.

• Use the Daily Log feature to track field progress, workforce, and deliveries on-site.

MEET THE TRAINER

David has been working within the construction industry for nearly a decade. He has developed commercial and healthcare projects ranging from $100,000 to $100,000,000+, while working in various positions, including Estimator, Project Engineer, Field Engineer, and Assistant Project Manager. During the COVID-19 pandemic, he was an Owner’s Representative on a large healthcare campus in Michigan. This project had several Construction Managers on it using different software products, which Mr. Mills successfully taught team members to use efficiently. David joined ZenTek Consultants as a Technology Specialist in early 2023. During his time at ZenTek, he has developed custom solutions and training for clients, as well as written numerous articles and blogs on using Bluebeam and Procore efficiently. His knowledge of software does not end at Bluebeam and Procore, as he is proficient in Microsoft Office, Revit, PlanSwift, PlanGrid, Smartsheet, Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.

MANAGING FIELD SAFETY (IPAD, IPHONE, AND ANDROID)

This session focuses on how superintendents can document safety issues, coordinate timely responses, and reduce jobsite risks using Procore’s built-in safety tools. Managing hundreds of field issues across numerous subcontractors can be overwhelming, but Procore simplifies the process through digital inspections, observations, and document tracking.

LEARNING OBJECTIVES

• Create and manage safety incident reports directly in the field.

• Utilize company-provided inspection checklists and forms.

• Generate and attach documentation to observations.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT 2 CREDITS

• Assign observations and track their resolution status through completion.

MANAGING SUBCONTRACTORS (IPAD, IPHONE, AND ANDROID)

November 12, 2025| 9:00 am - 11:00 am

Superintendents are the leaders of the jobsite and must oversee subcontractor compliance, communication, and performance. In this session, learn how to use Procore to maintain up-todate contracts, monitor submittal approvals, and communicate with subcontractors in real time. Topics will include the Directory, Prime Contracts, T&M Tickets, and the Submittals tool.

LEARNING OBJECTIVES

• Add new users to a project and manage their access through the Directory.

• Navigate and interpret prime contract documents in Procore.

• Log, track, and document Time & Material (T&M) tickets.

• Create project announcements and push notifications to field users.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT 2 CREDITS

• Search and verify subcontractor submittals for accuracy and approval status.
