Massimo Acquaviva

Massimo Acquaviva, 2R Capital Investment Management Limited co-founder and co-CEO, has an interest in talent acquisition, investment training and retention. He is a graduate of Columbia Business School and was formerly a director in the Investment Banking division at Credit Suisse. While at Credit Suisse, from 2006 to 2008, Massimo oversaw the origination and structuring of distressed and principal finance transactions in the Italian market. For recreation, Massimo loves to play tennis with his family and support his basketball team, the LA Lakers. He also enjoys Italian cuisine, walking and reading, particularly non-fiction books on the human sciences and history. Massimo cites his key strengths as humility, focus, tenacity and the ability to identify emerging trends and motivate a team.
