Coldwell Banker Mason Morse Celebrates CBMM Tracks’ First Year Success With Locals Appreciation Day Coldwell Banker Mason Morse invited their clients, Aspen Skiing Company, and the general public to celebrate the first year success of CBMM Ski Tracks with a Locals Appreciation Day at Bonnie’s Restaurant, on Saturday, April 19. Bonnie’s famous fare and local favorite Aspen Brewing Company beer were served to more than 300 locals. This season marked the inauguration for the CBMM Ski Tracks program. Through a partnership with the Aspen Skiing Company and the Aspen Snowmass Ski and Snowboard Association, Coldwell Banker Mason Morse sponsored a

dedicated training lane on Ajax Mountain. The program, available to ASSA and CBMM clients, was managed by three of the top ski instructors that Aspen has to offer. “We at CBMM recognize the importance of winter sports to this valley,” said Karim Souki, vice president of development with Coldwell Banker Mason Morse. “Many things add to the allure of this great place, but skiing is what first put us on the map. We wanted to do our part to highlight that legacy. And, a program of this nature could not have been so successful without the help of many. I want to thank the Aspen Skiing Company for its support in getting this program up and running.” A special thanks goes to the following individuals: > Aspen Mountain Manager, Peter King, for helping organize logistics and safety so that the program operated in the safest possible manner.
