Inventory is still at pre-pandemic numbers, and buyer demand is in our valley. We are still seeing multiple offers scenarios and backup offers, so with barely any competition, it's still a great time to sell and get the most money out of your home. Why wait until the spring when you'll have more listings to compete with, and interest rates could be higher, lessening the buying power for some buyers?

Interest Rates were at 7% in November, and on Feb 2, they were down to 6%. For buyers and first-time homeowners, if you think you will wait till they go back down to 3%, you may be waiting a very long time and paying your landlord's mortgage off in the meantime.
