Experiencing“To Kill a Mockingbird”
OurAPLanguageandCompositionclassrecentlyhada memorableactivitywherewewatched To Kill a Mockingbird afterstudyingthetextinclass.Seeingthestorymovefrom pagetofilmwasatransformativeexperiencebecauseit allowedustovisualizethecharactersandemotionsinanew way.Itwasalsoarefreshingchangefromreadingand analyzingthenovelonpaper.Theatmosphereinthe classroomwaswonderful,andeveryoneenjoyedthe experiencetogether,makingitameaningfulactivitywitha verypositivevibe.
