We are delighted to share with you the latest termly round-up of news and information from Marymount International School London.

Here you will find key information updates alongside news of recent student achievements, and insights into the vibrant life of our school. To express our sincere appreciation for your partnership in promoting Marymount and in recognition of your efforts on our behalf, we are pleased to offer an increased commission rate of 15% for each student who successfully enrols at Marymount between now and September 2025. This incentive rate will run until 30th August 2025.

Admissions Update: Registration for 2026/27 entry is now open. We have a few places remaining for the 2025/26 academic year. Short-term placements (1-term minimum) also considered.

Focus on Sport

Focus on Art & Design

Sport remains a cornerstone of school life, with our students actively competing in international Basketball, Volleyball, Football, and Badminton tournaments.

Our Grade 12 (Year 13) IBDP Art & Design students showcased their Diploma portfolios at a private view exhibition in Kingston, presenting an impressive array of thoughtprovoking and conceptual pieces.

Marymount recently hosted the highly competitive International Schools Athletic Association (ISAA) Girls Basketball Tournament, securing an impressive 3rd place finish, and went on to claim a strong 1st place victory in the end-of-season London Schools Sports Association tournament Tennis instruction and competition will begin after Easter break, with Wimbledon just 10 minutes from campus - a world-class inspiration right on our doorstep!

The Visual Arts and STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics) departments consistently support students in securing placements at leading architectural schools, medical schools, and renowned scientific research institutions around the world.

Science Technology Engineering Art and Maths (STEAM) The interconnected disciplines of Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, and Mathematics continue to be a central focus at Marymount. This term, our students participated in a variety of STEAM-related events, achieving impressive results: UK Chemistry Olympiad - Bronze certificate for 8 of our Middle Years students.

UK Youth Rocketry Challenge - we fielded a team of highly motivated students to compete and ultimately secure 2nd place in the Southeast regional competition.

Performing Arts & Marymount’s Global Network of Schools Our global network of Marymount schools continues to open a world of opportunities for students. This term our Middle School students participated in the RSHM Performing Arts Festival, Model United Nations, and Sports competitions, alongside peers from Marymount Paris and Instituto Marymount Rome.

Semester Abroad & Short-Term Programmes Marymount is pleased to offer semester abroad and short-term placements (minimum 1term) providing international students with a fully immersive cultural and educational experience.

Ideally located just 12 miles from London and within easy reach of Heathrow and Gatwick airports, Marymount offers a warm, inclusive boarding environment alongside a rigorous academic programme.

Marymount Alumnae News We recently had the pleasure of welcoming two recent graduates of Marymount back to school to speak with current students. They shared their experience of the transition from school to university life and reflected on how the IB Diploma Programme had equipped them for academic success and personal growth in Higher Education.

On leaving Marymount, they both gained places at their chosen universities, Imperial College London and UCL London. Other girls in the same cohort are now studying at a range of top universities around the world including; Cambridge, St Andrew’s, Durham, Bath, Central St Martins University of the Arts, IE University Spain, Keio University Japan, Wagner College New York and more!

IB Day & Boarding All-Girls
