Space re-appropriation is a practice through which one defines a given space through his actions. In parallel, Queer Architecture is about shaping new hierarchies, defining and modifying spaces of the common daily life. The space aims to provide enouh stimulus to the mind as well as the body without enclosing a defined singular function. By a gradual stepping, the plinth is create. The stepping reaches a height of about 6 meters. By peeling the edges, light can penetrate. The steeping allows the users to interact with the building since its accessible.

The tower follows the spirit of the stepping as no floor is exactly on top of another. Breaking the landscape allows to connect the city to the sea through a pedestrian path. The whole reminds of the movement of the waves.

Conneting the public floors of the tower to the landscape by pedestrian routes create a certain fluidity in the project.
