Style House International a été fondée au debut des années ‘80.

Elle naît en Province de Mantova au coeur de la Plaine Padana où la petite réalité artisanale a grandit et elle s’est évoluée en gardant la culture de ses propres origines qui prennent leur origine dans la recherche de la qualité dans le respect de l’environnement et dans la valorisation des resources humaines. • La Maison Style House se réserve le droit d’apporter des modifications aux modèles, mésures et échantillonnage tissus sans l’oblige de prévention.

• Eventuels réclamations doivent être communiqués par écrit sous 8 jours de la date de réception de la marchandise.

• Ils ne sont pas accepté des rendus sinon d’abord autorisés.

• Les marchandises en substitution prévoient l’immédiate restitution de ce qui est substitué, en cas contraire, elles seront régulièrement débitées au prix de liste.

• Pour les livraison de moins de € 500,00, il sera debité en facture un frais de transport de € 42,00.

• Les payements doivent être exécutés comme établit dans le contrat d’achat. En cas de décalage du payement, ils seront débités les intérêts selon les taux bancaires actuels, les frais de gestions et éventuelles remises accordées.

• La maison Style House n’est point responsable d’éventuelles différences de couleur pour livraisons faites en différents temps.

• Les models demandés avec tissus de différents catégories vont être calculés au prix de la plus haute catégorie.

• The present price-list cancels all previous ones.

• Style House reserves itself the right to modify models, sizes and sample fabrics without any prior notice.

• Possible complaints must be communicated in writing within 8 days from the date of receipt of the goods.

• Goods returned without having been previously authorized are not acceptable.

• The goods are replaced upon receipt of the goods being returned.Otherwise they will be charged as per the price list.

• For deliveries of amounts lower than agreed sales conditions there will be a delivery charge.

• Payments must be effected in terms of the established conditions. In case of delays arrears interests will be charged at the ruling banking rates, plus possible expenses incurred and cash discount applied.

• Style House does not take on any responsibility for any possible differences in the colour of the fabric for goods supplied over different periods of time.

•The models requested with fabric of different category will be calculated at the price of the higher category.

Les garanties - The guarantee Tous les produits sont accompagnés d’un Certificat de Garantie de 2 ans sauf si différemment indiqué sur le produit même.

Les produits doivent être vérifiés par le client au moment de la livraison, nous ne guarantons pas de SAV gratuit pour marchandises endommagées, pièces manquantes et défauts esthétiques qui ne soient pas indiqués sur le BDL. En cas d’utilisation du produit, déche le droit de remplacement en garantie.

La garantie engage Style House à : livrer gratuitement les pièces de rechange concernants les components défectueux.

Exécuter gratuitement la réparation du produit au siège de Style House International.

Remplacer complètement le produit à condition qu’il ne soit pas utilisé et la cotestation soit remarquée au moment de la livraison ou dans les 10 jours après.

Reprendre et expédier gratuitement les pièces de rechange, components et produits à l’adresse du client.

De la garantie sont exclus : • Les interventions demandés après l’échéance de la même.

• Le remplacement des matelas, coussins et revêtements abîmés par le normal usage • Les revêtements en tissu pour les quels n’ont pas étés suivies les instructions de nettoyage, entretien et repassage indiqués sur les revêtements mêmes.

• Les revêtements en tissu exposé longtemps à la lumière directe du soleil A) les plies, pochements et l’enlargement des tissus et cuirs dus à la prévue élasticité des matériaux.

B) La normale perte de volume des mousses de polyuréthane et résines conséquemment à l’usage • Les produits laissés longtemps dans une ambiance malsaine, humide ou avec salinité • Les défauts causés par le montage incorrecte ou non conforme à la notice de montage jointe au produit.

• Les ruptures dues à l’usage impropre du produit • Les interventions exécutés par le client chez tiers inclus les coûts du au transport, déplacement et heures de travail.

Interventions en Assistance Les interventions en assistance , réparation et envoi de pièces de rechange qui ne rentrent pas dans les conditions de garantie seront chargés en ajoutant les coûts de transport / expédition.

Le remplacement en garantie des components usurables utilisés pour une période supérieure à trois mois, prévoit le payement d’une participation proportionnelle à la période d’utilisation.

All products are paired by a 2 years Guarantee bar whendifferently indicated on the Product.

The products must be checked by the customer during thedelivery, we do not grant the free Assistance for damaged, missing goods and aesthetic defects that have not been indicated on the Delivery Document.

In case of already use of the product any free replacement right is lost.

The guarantee engages Style House to: • Supply the spare parts for the defected components, free of charges • Execute the free repairing intervention in the Style House International head office.

• Change completely the product if not used by the customer and the damage has been notified on the Delivery Documents within 10 days from the delivery • To receive and to ship spare parts, components and products free of charge at the customer address.

They are excluded from the Guarantee: • The intervention required after its expiring date • The replacement of the used mattresses pillows and covers • The damaged fabrics after washing or ironing, for which the customer has not followed the maintenance instructions.

• The fabrics long times exposed to direct sun shine.

A) Folds and enlargements of the fabrics and leathers due to the foreseen elasticity of the materials B) The normal lost of volume by the expanded polyurethane foams due to use.

• The product left in humid, unhealthy or saltiness ambient • The defects due to incorrect assembling operation or not comply to the assembling instruction.

• The damages due to improper use of the product • The intervention executed by the customer to retailers included the transport fees ans working hours.

Assistance intervention: The assistance interventions, repairing or expedition of spare parts who are not included in the guarantee conditions will be charged with the addition of the transport /delivery costs.

The guarantee substitution of used wearing parts after more than three months from the delivery, provides the payment of a fee that is proportional to the using period.
