Shipping

Standard production time is approximately 4 weeks from art approval. Production time may vary depending on the size of the order and season.

We ship Fedex or UPS prepaid and invoice for all charges. If an alternate courier is preferred, please specify which courier is to be used and provide an account number. Brokerage fees may apply to shipments destined to the USA. Duty charges will apply on products shipped outside North America.

Rush orders can be accommodated, please call to confirm.

Less than minimum charges vary per item.

Our terms are 50% deposit upon artwork approval and 50% prior to shipping. Please note we accept cheque, Visa and Mastercard.

ART & DESIGN REQUIERMENTS Files We accept artwork on disc or by e-mail in Adobe ® Illustrator ® or Photoshop ® CSS or lower in both PC and Mac. Please forward artwork to: art3@Martinipromo.com. If your artwork exceeds the maximum of attachment size,

please contact us for our upload info. All artwork must include your company name, purchase order, contact information and product name for which the artwork is intended. Black & white vector artwork is accepted, a scan and redrawing fee of $75/hour (G) will apply. Artwork will not be returned unless otherwise specified on your purchase order.

Vector Artworks Vector art is required in your artwork for logos, text and flat graphics in order to ensure smooth edges in print.

Art charges may apply depending upon the quality of your logos or graphics which aren’t provided in vector format.

Hi-Res Images In order to ensure quality reproduction, your raster/bitmap image must be in CMYK, with a minimum resolution of 250 dpi at actual product size. (See size charts) PSD (Photoshop document), TIFF and EPS formats are preferred.

Web-based file formats such as GIF, PNG and JPG are generally low in quality, rendering them unusable for print.

Fonts Text must be “outlined” or converted to vector art prior to submission.

Please do not send fonts or artwork files requiring fonts.

Color The best way to give us direction in terms of color expectation is to provide us with a PANTONE ® reference.

PANTONE MATCHING SYSTEM (PMS) is a global standard which was created to ensure we’re all speaking the same language when talking about color. Once we have received the PANTONE ® reference from you we’ll do our best to create a color that is close to the PANTONE ® reference. The only limitation to using a PANTONE ® color is that the PANTONE ® color range is much larger than what can be achieved with the 4-color (CMYK) digital printing process.

As a result, it is seldom possible to achieve a perfect match.
