Pallino: Il ritorno di una lampada “curiosa”. Esistono lampade che non si limitano a illuminare lo spazio circostante, ma sembrano osservare il mondo. La lampada Pallino è una di queste. Nata nei primi anni ‘70, Pallino riemerge oggi dal passato come da una capsula del tempo. Erano gli anni della sperimentazione, di una libertà nuova che si esprimeva nel design attraverso colori saturi, materiali plastici lucidi e geometrie che sfidavano il rigore del passato. In quel fermento, Pallino si distingueva per la sua semplicità e rigore formale.

Il suo nome è un diminutivo affettuoso per un oggetto che diventa subito un compagno di vita. Una forma compatta, amichevole, un gioco di contrasti geometrici. il riflettore sferico: un piccolo globo orientabile, capace di dirigere la luce (e lo sguardo) ovunque serva e sembra dirti, “hei … sono qui. Cosa stai facendo? Vieni, leggiamo insieme”.

La base cilindrica leggermente curvata: solida e minimale sostiene la sfera, donandole slancio e personalità.

Non è solo una “lampada da tavolo”, Pallino ha un’attitudine spiritosa e curiosa. Sembra quasi un occhio attento, una creatura viva che ti guarda con simpatia dal piano della scrivania o dal fianco del letto.

There are lamps that do more than simply illuminate their surroundings, they seem to observe the world, and Pallino is one of them. Born in the early 1970s, Pallino reemerges today as if from a time capsule, from years marked by experimentation and a newfound freedom expressed through design with saturated colors, glossy plastic materials, and geometries that challenged the rigidity of the past, and within that vibrant context Pallino stood out for its simplicity and formal clarity.

Its name is an affectionate diminutive for an object that quickly becomes a companion in everyday life, with a compact and friendly form defined by a play of geometric contrasts, where a spherical reflector, a small adjustable globe, directs light and attention wherever it is needed as if to say “Hey… I’m here. What are you doing? Come, let’s read together,” while a gently curved cylindrical base, solid and minimal, supports the sphere, giving it lift and character. Pallino is not just a table lamp, it has a playful and curious spirit and almost resembles a watchful eye, a small living presence that looks at you with warmth from your desk or bedside.
