Exhibitions at the Music Hall

Tue 25 November 2025 - Fri 30 January 2026

Gray’s 140: Off-Site (OS)

Gray’s 140: Off-Site (OS) is a programme of satellite projects and events curated by LOOK AGAIN Aberdeen that extends the exhibition beyond the Gallery and Art School. Devised to map connections across the region, OS links objects, images, processes, people, and places, tracing the relationships between art, education, and the city’s shifting cultural landscape.

Developed in collaboration with a community of practice connected to Gray’s -alumni, students, faculty, artists, and designers, the programme reflects the school’s experimental ethos and its ongoing influence on the region’s creative life.

Through these dispersed projects, OS proposes an expanded way of thinking about exhibition-making: one that begins with the artwork but moves beyond it, towards the social, historical, and material contexts that shape how art shapes our sense of place.
