The region makes up the picturesque part of cycle touring along the Route du Rhône, mountain biking in the mountain resorts, but also paragliding, windsurfing and wing-foiling on Rosel Lake.
Take advantage of the Fully and Martigny bike-parks, climbing sites in the Trient valley as well as in the Rhone valley at Dorénaz, the Via Farinetta in Saillon or even go and train in the Vertic’halle in Saxon.
During the winter, the resorts of Ovronnaz and Les Marécottes o er downhill skiing in protected countryside, sledging, free ride and carving skiing, as well as snowshoe excursions.

Trient Valley Natural Park extends over 7 villages. Come and discover a large choice of pathways and attractions such as Trient and Durnand gorges, the Adonis pathway, the Follatères natural reserve and its chestnut grove, the mines path and dinosaur tracks starting from Emosson dam.
Doubtless, you will come across pilgrims following the Via Francigena between Canterbury and Rome. And for high mountain enthusiasts, the Tour des Muverans, les Dents du Midi and the Mont-Blanc Tour are some of the most renowned routes.
Apricots, chestnuts, asparagus and Williams pears are nature’s treasures! Since 1889 the Morand Company has been producing fruit brandies such as © Williamine and Abricotine as well as cordials using fruit from our orchards.
Discover the rustic village of Plan-Cérisier and the vineyard route going just as far as Saillon. The terroir will charm you with cured ham, dried meat, a tasty alpine cheese, accompanied with a glass of Petite Arvine, a variety of 100% local white wine originating from Fully.
