Located in San Jose, Kotten Tinian facilitates efficient access to justice for residents of the island. Since its opening in 1999, the Judiciary has consistently monitored the status of the building's facilities to ensure that it is well-equipped to provide judicial services consistent with modern technnology. Kotten Tinian received major technological improvements in 2017 and 2018, and in 2020 major fiber optic internet bandwidth upgrades took place, thanks largely to CARES ACT funding.
