Fitness Classes Flow Yoga
A class for everyone, especially for those with joint ailments or injuries, get fit with this challenging water workout. After a gentle warm-up in the calm water, you’ll ease into the exercises using your own body weight.
This class involves linking several yoga poses together to create strength, flexibility, endurance, and balance. The classes will effectively work all parts of the body equally, creating an experience of non-judgement and non-competitiveness. We will focus on alignment using the three-mountain format, warm-up, work phase and cool down. Be prepared to sweat a bit and leave feeling relaxed. “All levels welcome, modifications offered at each class.
Aqua Yoga A light warm-up using the noodles followed by all your favourite yoga poses with noodles as stability props. The water allows us the buoyancy to move into poses not achievable on land. If you always wanted to try yoga but were worried about balance issues, this may be your answer!!
Gentle Yoga Practice the form of the basic yoga postures, while allowing yourself to experience a gentle slower paced class. Attention to connecting breath mindfully to move through the postures and creating a balance for greater health and mental awareness.
Yin Yoga
This is a combo class that involves moderate weight training and cardio to enhance strength and endurance. A full body workout that will challenge and energize you!! We’ll get your heart rate pumping!
Yin yoga is a gentle practice that uses longer holds to move deep into the body’s connective tissues. The YIN practice is designed to relieve stress while the heat stimulates deep muscle release and relaxation. This is an excellent non-weight bearing style of yoga for all levels, those who prefer a less vigorous class and for those experiencing illness, injury or chronic pain. It is also a great compliment to a regular yoga class.
Bootcamp
Zumba
This class will be delivered in a fun circuit format with cardio and resistance partner drills and bodyweight exercises. It is an awesome way to enhance mental focus, cardio, strength, agility, coordination, and stamina for the ultimate bootcamp experience.

Sask. Valley Riding Club The Sask Valley Riding Club was formed in 1996 and is made up of members of all ages, promoting a family atmosphere. As a club we enjoy spending time with other people, both riders and non-riders alike, that share our interest in horses. In doing so, we are given a chance to learn from each other and the various experts we have contact with along the way. Our goals include helping each other, helping our horses and helping our community. Both English and Western riders can enjoy the advantages of membership. We coordinate various riding clinics for club members throughout the year and take part in as many local parades as we can. Our members also enjoy getting outside and hitting the trails as a rewarding way to enjoy nature. Whether you’re just looking for some new people to ride with or for the opportunity to learn a little more about your horse in a relaxed atmosphere, the club may be right for you. Come on out and let’s see what we can learn from each other.
