A MUST HAVE IN LAB

The ClearPoche line of transparent multilayer pastry bags is expanding with two new sizes: 30 and 40 cm, which join the two existing ones.

All ClearPoche pastry bags are suitable for long-term food storage at room temperature or lower (including freezing and refrigeration conditions), and can be filled with hot contents up to 70°C. They can be safely sealed after filling and stored in the refrigerator or blast chiller until use.

Not suitable for pasteurization or cooking.

La linea di sac a poche trasparenti multistrato ClearPoche si arricchisce di due nuove misure: 30 e 40 cm, che si affiancano alle due già esistenti.

Tutte le ClearPoche sono adatte alla conservazione a lungo termine di cibo a temperatura ambiente o inferiore (in condizioni di congelamento e refrigeramento), compreso il riempimento a caldo fino a 70 °C. Potrai tranquillamente sigillarle dopo il riempimento e conservarle in frigo o in abbattitore fino al momento dell’utilizzo. Non adatte per la pastorizzazione e la cottura.
