The dwelling block is aimed at the TU Delft community within the neighbourhood. This project caters to families, young professionals and various clients who are involved within the university. As such, creating a warm atmosphere and view towards the Schie are of key the core in providing a scenic and comfortable living conditions for the tenants. Additionally, accessibily is considered for the pedestrians and cyclist with the occassional vehical and emergency services.
