Coplanar flat reversible door with perimeter frame made of extruded and anodized aluminum, paintable and arranged for fixing on both traditional masonry and drywall.

In the universal mounting kit we provide the metal clamp for installation on masonry and brackets for installation on plasterboard. The brackets perform the function of sliding spacers, both in height and in width, to correct any imperfection of the metal substructure of the walls.

The package is also accompanied by glass fiber net to be fixed to the perimeter of the frame in the phase of plastering daubing (for masonry) in order to prevent cracking or fissuring, without the aid of additional pre-installed frames.

L’anta Walldoor è di tipo tamburato dallo spessore 44 mm, costituito da telaio perimetrale in massello di legno pregiato essiccato netto di nodi, con battuta a bordo quadro con struttura interna alveolare in kraft, pressato a caldo con fogli in fibra di legno MDF spessore 5 mm, rivestiti con film aggrappante tipo primer progettato in modo specifico per essere trattato con pitture murali. Questo rivestimento viene realizzato su tutti i lati delle battute perimetrali (compreso quello inferiore - anti umidità)

L’effetto delle pitture applicate su un solo lato della porta provoca un effetto di tiratura con conseguente imbarcamento dell’anta. Si consiglia il bilanciamento con la stessa lavorazione eseguita CONTEMPORANEAMENTE su entrambe le facce.

The Walldoor leaf is 44 mm thick, consisting of a solid dry wood perimetral frame, with an internal cellular structure, hot pressed with wood fiber sheets MDF 5 mm and coated with an adhesion primer film specifically designed to be treated with mural paintings.

Per altezze superiore ai 235 cm, sempre per garantire la complanarità, sono stati inseriti N°2 tiranti regolabili in modo semplice e pratico. É sufficiente una chiave a brugola per registrare l’anta. Walldoor è corredata di serratura magnetica cromo satinato con chiave, n° 2 cerniere a scomparsa regolabili sui tre assi, con finitura cromo satinato. Le cerniere diventano 3 per altezze superiori a cm 210, per una maggiore stabilità. La reversibilità del sistema viene determinata in fase d’installazione: invertendo il posizionamento del telaio si definisce il senso di apertura a tirare o a spingere semplicemente capovolgendo l’anta si stabilisce la spinta di apertura DX o SX, applicando un profilo di compensazione paraspifferi da fissare nella battuta inferiore dell’anta. Se l’anta viene fornita “non reversibile” presenta la battuta solo su tre lati, quindi non necessita di profilo di compensazione.

The reversibility of the system is determined during installation: reverse the frame to define the direction (pulling or pushing) by simply flipping the wing you can set the opening direction, right or left, by applying a compensation profile to be fixed in the lower rabbet. If the door is “not reversible” the rabbet is present on only three sides and does not require any compensation profile.

Walldoor MINIMA

Porta complanare cieca liscia filomuro reversibile, con telaio perimetrale in alluminio estruso ed ossidato, trattabile con pitture murali e predisposto per l’ancoraggio sia su muratura tradizionale che su cartongesso.

Nel kit universale di montaggio vengono fornite le zanche metalliche per l’installazione su muratura e le squadrette per l’installazione su cartongesso. Le squadrette svolgono la funzione di distanziatori a scorrimento, sia in altezza che in larghezza, per correggere le eventuali imperfezioni o fuori squadro della sottostruttura metallica delle pareti.

La confezione è corredata inoltre di rete in fibra di vetro da fissare al perimetro del telaio nella fase di intonacatura o rasatura (per muratura) al fine di prevenire screpolature o fessurazioni, senza l’ausilio di ulteriori telai premurati.

Robustezza del telaio: angolari e traversi metallici garantiscono una maggiore resistenza alla deformabilità sia nella fase di trasporto che in quella di montaggio. Nella confezione troverete sia il kit per installazione su muratura che quello per cartongesso. Il 45° viene cianfrinato ovvero i 2 pezzi vengono pinzati meccanicamente a pressione tra loro creando un corpo unico rigido.

Versatilità del telaio: l’ancoraggio alla partizione muraria può avvenire con zanche metalliche (pareti in muratura) o con squadrette angolari (pareti in cartongesso). Le squadrette angolari per il fissaggio sulla struttura del cartongesso sono registrabili con viti agendo sull’asola di bloccaggio.

I traversi di rinforzo garantiscono un’installazione perfetta, poiché mantengono rigidi i componenti del telaio.

Robustness of the frame: metallic corners and cross-beams provide greater resistance both during transport and hanging. The package contains both kits for installation on masonry and drywall. The two 45° angled pieces are mechanically stapled creating a single rigid body.

Frame versatility: the frame may be anchored to the wall with metal clamps (masonry walls) or with angle brackets (plasterboard walls). The angular brackets for fixing on the plasterboard structure are adjustable with screws.

The reinforcement crosspieces ensure perfect installation, as they maintain the frame parts rigid.

Coplanar / flush door with perimeter frame in painted extruded aluminum with white porous finish. The Massima frame can be considered as a finished coated product, but thanks to this special finish that acts as a primer it is also suitable for painting with a water-based paint. The effect of paint applied on only one side of the door causes a circulation effect with consequent warping. To achieve balance we recommended using the same painting process SIMULTANEOUSLY on both faces. The system is available with two different profile sections, both in the push and in the pull version.

The frame is accompanied by a series of extensions of different sizes to cover the main dimensions of the standard masonry partitions present on the market. The extensions are fixed to the frame through a joint on the whole perimeter of the frame and a 45° chamfered edge.

These extensions are made with the same frame finish and cover the surrounding wall, simplifying and speeding up the installation with a perfect end result. In the version with the roller latch closing system the enlargements are shifted to widen the opening to allow for the movement of the Teflon cylinder in the system.

Together with the wing and the frame an installation kit is provided.

It includes both the metal brackets for installation on masonry, and special brackets for installation on plasterboard. The brackets have the function of sliding spacers to correct any imperfection in the plumb line of the metal substructure in plasterboard walls. The package also includes a glass fiber net to be fixed to the perimeter of the frame during plastering or daubing (for masonry) in order to prevent cracking or fissuring.

Walldoor MASSIMA

Sistema porta di tipo complanare/filomuro con telaio perimetrale in alluminio estruso verniciato a finitura porosa di colore bianco.

Il telaio Massima può essere considerato come un prodotto verniciato finito, ma grazie a questa finitura speciale che funge da primer è adatto anche ad essere pitturato con vernici all’acqua.

L’effetto delle pitture applicate su un solo lato della porta provoca un effetto di tiratura con conseguente imbarcamento dell’anta.

Si consiglia il bilanciamento con la stessa lavorazione eseguita CONTEMPORANEAMENTE su entrambe le facce.

Il sistema è disponibile con due sezioni di profilo differenti, sia nella versione a spingere che quella a tirare.

Il telaio è corredato da una serie di allargamenti di differenti misure per coprire le principali dimensioni delle partizioni murarie standard presenti sul Mercato. Gli allargamenti vengono fissati in modo rigido al telaio sia attraverso un incastro di tipo “a baionetta” su tutto il perimetro del telaio, sia con la doppia cianfrinatura nei 45°. Questi estrusi sono realizzati con la stessa finitura del telaio e costruiscono la spalletta del muro semplificando e velocizzando il montaggio del sistema con un risultato finale perfetto. Nella versione con sistema chiusura scrocco a rullo gli allargamenti sono traslati ad allargare la luce di passaggio per consentire il passaggio del cilindro in Teflon del sistema.

Insieme a telaio e anta viene fornito un kit di montaggio che comprende sia le zanche metalliche per l’installazione su muratura, sia delle squadrette speciali per l’installazione su cartongesso. Le squadrette svolgono la funzione di distanziatori a scorrimento in altezza e larghezza per correggere eventuali imperfezioni o fuori squadro della sottostruttura metallica delle pareti in cartongesso.

La confezione è corredata inoltre di rete in fibra di vetro da fissare al perimetro del telaio nella fase di intonacatura o rasatura (per muratura) al fine di prevenire screpolature o fessurazioni.

L’anta Massima è di tipo tamburato dallo spessore 58 mm, costituito da tassello perimetrale in fibra di legno MDF di 15mm (garantisce una perfetta regolarità della superficie di supporto alla laccatura), due tasselli strutturali 35+35mm in legno massello di legno pregiato essiccato netto di nodi, struttura interna di tipo alveolare in carta kraft pressata a caldo con fogli in fibra di legno in MDF di spessore 5/8 mm esterni. L’anta potrà essere ordinata con vernice di fondo “tipo cementite” spruzzata su facce e bordi anta, oppure laccata.

Walldoor sliding

The Walldoor sliding door, is suitable for any type of flush metal box without frame and architraves.

The CL leaf is coated, like the Walldoor Minima, with primer which can be painted over with 44 mm thickness.

Handles from the Bertolotto range: Inka, Tonda, Kuader, flush pull Big, flush pull Linear, Coda or Stylus bar handle can be installed on the leaf.

The doorset will not include the doorstop, draft excluders and trims, since the mounted metal box is prepared for the daubing and plastering of each element in view.

The sliding Walldoor fits into any flush metal box of any brand (Specify in the order the brand installed).

Door tops are ready for the trolleys and brackets to be fixed in, fully hidden.

The doors from the following Bertolotto collections can also be made in the Walldoor sliding door version: Fashion, Costellazioni, Natura, Venezia Pantografate and PantoQuadra, 25° by Arnaudo, Alaska, Baltimora, Baltimora New Casa Zen (except Selesta versions).

Walldoor SCORREVOLE

La porta scorrevole Walldoor, si adatta ad ogni tipo di cassonetto a filomuro senza telaio e coprifili.

L’anta CL é rivestita, come la Walldoor Minima, con carta primer sovraverniciabile per pitture murali, dallo spessore 44 mm.

Sull’anta si possono montare le manigliette della gamma Bertolotto: Inka, Unghiata Tonda o Kuader, unghiata Big, maniglioni Linear, Coda o Stylus.

La porta non avrà kit con incontro, paraspifferi e coprifili, in quanto il cassonetto montato prevede la rasatura e l’intonacatura di ogni elemento a vista.

It is a closing wing system for large niches, cupboard doors set in the wall both inside the home and on the terrace.

These doors are made to measure.

This system, made of 4 elements (recessed frame, wing, hinges and push-pull closure system) ensures the flatness of the opening in the wall and the paintable elements create continuity in color and material with the surrounding walls.

By reducing the thickness of the wings, it is also possible to apply ceramic tiles, mirrors or other materials.

The wings are manufactured in waterproof damp resistant MDF; a paintable primer is applied to all sides of the wings.

The aluminum secondary frame has been designed to be recessed in the partition wall both in masonry or plasterboard and fixed to the same with appropriate anchorages. The frame can be created either with 4 Sides or in 3 Sides, with singleleaf or double leaf. The perimeter is always trimmed with a rubber gasket to cushion the closing and stop draughts from the cupboard door.

The opening / closing of the system is facilitated by the pushpull mechanism with depth adjustment making visible handles unnecessary. However handles or knobs can be attached to the door.

Walldoor ARMADI

E’ un sistema di chiusura ad ante per grandi cavedi di servizio ispezionabili, frontali di armadi ricavati nel muro sia in casa che sul terrazzo.

Vengono realizzate a misura.

Questo sistema, costituito da 4 elementi (Telaio incassato, Anta, Cerniere e Sistema di chiusura Push-Pull) garantisce la planarità dell’apertura sulla parete e la continuità in termini cromatici e materici, grazie alla pitturabilità degli elementi a vista come la parete di casa.

Ribassando verso l’interno le ante, portandole a filo muro con il rivestimento complanare é anche possibile applicare lastre di ceramica, specchi molati o altri materiali.

Le ante vengono prodotte in pannelli di MDF idrofugo che non teme umidità; su tutti i lati delle ante è applicato un primer pitturabile.

Il telaio in alluminio scatolare è stato progettato per essere incassato nella partizione muraria sia essa in muratura che in cartongesso e fissato alla stessa con appositi ancoraggi. Il telaio può essere realizzato sia a 4 Lati che a 3 Lati, con anta singola oppure anta doppia. Il perimetro è sempre rifinito con guarnizione in gomma per attutire la chiusura e fermare gli spifferi dai bordi dell’anta armadio.

L’apertura/chiusura del sistema è facilitato dal meccanismo Push-Pull con regolazioni della profondità che permette di evitare maniglierie visibili. E’ comunque possibile posizionare manigliette o pomoli applicati sull’anta.

Si possono montare le ante delle Collezioni Bertolotto: Fashion (solo laccate), Costellazioni, Natura, Venezia Pantografato e PantoQuadra, 25° by Arnaudo, per avere omogeneità abbinando le ante armadio Walldoor alle porte di casa.

The Walldoor Niches are a doorset system for closing small spaces, light wells for inspection service, cupboards in the house or on the terrace They are made to measure.

This system consists of four elements (embedded frame, door, hinges and push-pull locking system) and ensures the flatness of the opening on the wall and the continuity in terms of color and material, thanks to its paintable elements.

By reducing the thickness of the wings, it is also possible to apply ceramic tiles, mirrors or other materials.

The wings are manufactured in waterproof damp resistant MDF; a paintable primer is applied to all sides of the wings.

The aluminum secondary frame has been designed to be recessed in the partition wall both in masonry or plasterboard and fixed to the same with appropriate anchorages. The frame can be created either with 4 Sides or 3 Sides, with single-leaf or double leaf. The opening / closing of the system is facilitated by the push-pull mechanism with depth adjustment making visible handles unnecessary. It is possible to attach handles or knobs to the door.

Vertical front openings are possible both on the upper and lower flap, guided by special pistons.

It is possible to combine the wings with Bertolotto Collections: Fashion (solo laccate), Costellazioni, Natura, Venezia Pantografato e PantoQuadra, 25° by Arnaudo, in order to have matching Walldoor doors and interior doors.

Walldoor NICCHIE

Le Nicchie Walldoor sono il sistema di chiusura ad antine per piccoli vani, cavedi di servizio ispezionabili, dispense sia in casa che sul terrazzo.

Vengono realizzate a misura.

Questo sistema costituito da 4 elementi (Telaio incassato, Anta, Cerniere e Sistema di chiusura Push-Pull) garantisce la planarità dell’apertura sulla parete e la continuità in termini cromatici e materici, grazie alla pitturabilità degli elementi a vista.

Ribassando verso l’interno le ante portandole a filo muro con il rivestimento complanare é anche possibile applicare lastre di ceramica, specchi molati o altri materiali.

Le ante vengono prodotte in pannelli di MDF idrofugo che non teme umidità; su tutti i lati delle ante è applicato un primer pitturabile.

Il telaio in alluminio scatolare è progettato per l’incasso nella partizione muraria sia essa in muratura che in cartongesso e fissato alla stessa con appositi ancoraggi.

Il telaio può essere realizzato sia a 4 Lati che a 3 Lati, con anta singola oppure anta doppia.

L’apertura/chiusura del sistema è facilitato con il meccanismo Push-Pull con regolazioni della profondità che permette di evitare maniglierie visibili. E’ comunque possibile posizionare manigliette o pomoli applicati sull’anta.

Sono previste aperture frontali verticali sia a ribalta superiore che inferiore, guidata da appositi pistoni di tenuta o di spinta.

E’ possibile abbinare le ante alle porte delle collezioni Bertolotto: Fashion (solo laccate), Costellazioni, Natura, Venezia Pantografato e PantoQuadra, 25° by Arnaudo, riproducendo disegni, laccatura, finitura.
